云北京公共服务平台商业模式研究

北京作为我国的首都,政治文化的中心,有着三千多年的悠久历史和文
化,拥有得天独厚的文化旅游资源。近些年,北京经济呈现快速的发展,自
成功申办2008年奥运会后,城市的基础设施不断完善,城市的环境不断优
化,城市的综合实力不断增强,在众多利好因素的促进下,北京文化旅游产
业呈现蓬勃发展的趋势,源源不断地获得发展动力。文化旅游与移动互联网
有着天然的结合,吃住行游购娱都是在移动中进行,对移动应用的需求更为
迫切。云北京公共服务平台正是立足北京丰富的文化旅游资源,基于移动互
联网应用云计算的技术,运用科技整合文化旅游资源,为企业和用户提供及
时有效的文化旅游资讯,打造文化行业官方权威信息发布,向公众提供最完
整的文化资讯信息和最全面的文化产业服务。平台要走市场化的道路,选择
怎样的商业模式变得尤为重要。
本文以云北京公共服务平台的商业模式为研究对象,首先介绍了云北京
公共服务平台的产生背景、概念和核心价值,然后以商业模式的构成体系为
框架,借鉴移动互联网商业模式的关键要素分析,进而分析了云北京公共服
务平台的商业模式,运用SWOT分析方法分析了云北京公共服务平台商业模
式在大的产业环境下的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,最后根据分析提出改造云
北京公共服务平台商业模式的对策。

Business Model Analysis On Beijing
Public Cloud Platform
ABSTRACT
Beijing, the capital city of China, is the political center of the country. She
has unique culture tourism resource, building on the famous history and culture
with more than three thousand years. Ever since the 2008 Olympic games,
Beijing is becoming stronger and stronger, including the continuous improvement
in infrastructure and environment. There are more and more policies to improve
the tourism, which enables the tourism industry develop rapidly. With the
integration between culture tourism and mobile internet, mobile applications are
the key to make food and lodging and transportation easier. ‘ Cloud Beijing' is
the official public platform to serve enterprises and individuals with
comprehensive culture information and services. How to make a platform to be
marketization It depends on the business model.
This paper elaborates on the Cloud Beijing public service platform. Firstly,
it explains the background, concept and core value proposition. Then, it analyzes
the business model based on the business model framework, learning from
Mobile Internet evolution. Finally,after the SWOT analysis, this paper provides
solutions to further improve the business model of the Cloud Beijing public
service platform.
