农发行HN省分行营业部员工绩效考核研究

摘要:农业发展银行处于改革时期,需要建立与企业发展战略相

适应,并以实现战略为根本目的的绩效促进和管理机制,而岗位绩效

考核已经被证明是一种与企业的发展战略相适应,以落实企业战略目

标与管理重点、强化和提升企业核心竞争力为目标的最有效的管理工

具,农发行要实现有效发展目标与管理目标的统一,必须引入岗位绩

效考核的管理模式,因此,岗位绩效考核可以说是农发行实现有效发

展的必由之路。本文主要以HN省分行营业部为例进行研究

本研究在查阅和学习了当代绩效管理理论和方法的基础上,采用

访谈、调查、专家咨询等方法,较系统地分析了农发行HN省分行的

现行绩效管理体系存在的问题,并从绩效计划的制定、绩效实施与辅

导、绩效考核、绩效结果的应用、绩效改进等几个方面对营业部绩效

管理体系进行了设计。为了保证新的绩效管理体系能顺利实施,笔者

还针对农发行HN省分行营业部的情况提出了一些实施的制度保障

及实施过程中应注意的问题。本文共有图5幅,表18个,参考文献

60篇。

ABSTRACT : Agricultural Development Bank is in the reform

period, need to establish adapt to enterprise development strategy, and to

achieve the strategic performance for the fundamental purpose of the

promotion and management mechanism, and job performance appraisal

has been proved to be an enterprise development strategy to adapt to, in

order to implement the strategic goals and management focus, strengthen

and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to target the most

effective management tool, in order to unite and management goals of

effective development of farming issue, must introduce the performance

evaluation mode of management, therefore, performance evaluation can

be said to be the realization of the route one must take the effective

development of adbc. This paper mainly in HN Province branch business

department as an example for study

This research study in reference and foundation of modern

performance management theory and methods, using interviews, surveys,

expert consultation method, systematic analysis of existing performance

management system of HN Province branch of the Agricultural

Development Bank's problems, and from the performance plan,

performance implementation aspects and counseling, performance

appraisal, application of performance results, performance improvement

for the design of performance management system of sales department. In

order to ensure that the new performance management system to be

implemented smoothly, the author also proposed should pay attention to

some implementation system of security and implementation process of

the problems in agricultural issue HN branch of the business department

of. This paper includes 5 charts, 18 tables, 60 references.
