现代人力资源管理的研究课题门类众多。出版社绩效考核是这一代出版人

在人力资源管理中所要应对的重要问题。原因是出版业工作内容的特殊性,出

版物在编辑发行过程中所涉及的流程和部门众多,在纷扰的市场大环境中,出

版社绩效考核已经是众多管理者面临的难题。现今众多的出版企业的考核内容

大多以出版物的社会和经济效益为主,缺乏多方面的考虑和建设性的制度。很

多企业的独特想法很有创造性但是却不够普遍,无法为整个行业带来实际性的

思考。本篇论文主要通过DX出版社绩效考核实例的分析,讲解出版行业绩效考

核过程中所面临的一系列问题,然后根据绩效管理理论和出版业岗位内容和员

工绩效特征拟建立一套DX出版社绩效考核方案,以备参考。

首先,本篇论文以DX出版社实际绩效考核制度切入,重点解析出版行业在

绩效考核时所面临的难点。其次,本篇论文结合人力资源管理理论与出版行业

岗位要求和员工特性的实际,对其绩效考核做出解析。企业属性,流程特征,

产品结构,知识特点是分析出版行业的主要层面。在科学理论的前提下,全面

分析以上四个层面和这些层面与出版行业绩效考核之间的联系。最后,本篇论

文针对DX出版社的实际情况设计出有针对性的绩效考核方案。主要针对其绩效

考核指标的设立和选取、指标库和考核标准的设定进行了探索。

总之,本文旨在原有的绩效考核理论的基础上,结合出版企业的实际情况

进行深入且具有探索性的分析,在一定程度上丰富了有关转制后的出版企业在

绩效考核方面的实践性研究,为众多出版企业提供了可资借鉴的案例参考。

Abstract

Performance appraisal is the key point and important content of human resource

management. Publishing companies have made significant contribute to the society

Modern human resources management research in numerous disciplines. Press

management to deal with the important issues. The reason is the particularity of the

publishing industry job content, publications in the editing hairstyle processes

involved in the process and many departments in the turbulence of the market

environment, the performance appraisal is already a large number of publishers

manages facing problems. Today many enterprises assessment content publishing

industry publications mostly social and economic benefits,the lack of a number of

considerations and constructive system. Many companies unique ideas very creative

but not universally, not for the entire industry to bring practical thinking. This thesis

mainly through the performance appraisal DX Press analysis of examples to explain

the publishing industry performance appraisal process of facing some of the

following questions,and then the performance management theory and publishing

job content and employee performance characteristics intends to establish a

performance DX Press assessment program, for future reference.

First,this thesis to the actual performance appraisal system DX Press cuts,

focusing on analysis of performance appraisal when publishing industry faced

difficulties. Secondly, this paper combines human resource management theory and

publishing industry job requirements and employee characteristics of the actual

performance appraisal made on its resolution. Corporate property, process

characteristics, the product structure, knowledge is characterized by analyzing the

main aspects of the publishing industry. In the premise of scientific theory, a

comprehensive analysis of the above four levels and these levels with the publishing

industry linkages between performance appraisal. Finally, this paper for publishing

the actual situation DX design targeted performance appraisal program. Mainly for
