摘要
2009年以来,受国家宏观经济的影响,房地产行业面临着残酷的竞争环境
和生存压力。对于民营房地产企业来说,仅停留在员工绩效评估层面的管理已
不能满足公司发展的需要,科学的绩效管理和绩效考核制度对于房地产企业的
重要性日趋明显。
MY房地产集团是平顶山地区一家以房地产开发为主要业务的大型集团公
司。近几年企业的发展速度出现了一定程度的放缓,这与其现行的落后的绩效
考核制度存在一定的关系。
本文结合文献查阅、问卷调查和深度访谈的方法,对MY房地产集团的现状
进行了充分的调查研究,总结出该公司绩效考核现状,分析其主要问题及原因。
在此基础上,本文针对企业的主要部门——工程部,结合工程部工作的主要内
容和主要职责提出了绩效考核体系的改进方案,并对其进行了可行性研究和后
期的展望。

Abstract
Since 2009,influenced by macro-economy, real estate industry has been full of
competition and faced with stress of existence. To private real estate enterprise,
management of performance appraisal system has been barely up to the needs of
companies' development,scientific performance management and performance
assessment plays a great role in real estate enterprises.
MY real estate group is a great group whose main business is real estate
development. In recent years, it has assumed a slowdown, and there is some
relationship with outdated performance assessment.
This paper studied deeply in MY real estate group's current situation,
summarized this group's performance assessment system, and analyzed major
problems and reasons. On the basis of these analyses, Combined with the job and
major responsibility of engineering department which is the main department in MY
real estate group, this paper put forward an improvement plan of performance
assessment system,and did a feasibility study and later outlook.
