摘要

2008年次贷危机以来,美国经济大幅下滑,拖累了全球经济,主要经济体

的增速大幅下滑,当然我国也不能独善其身。为了应对世界经济整体下滑趋势,

2008年出台了一系列刺激经济的政策,但随着时间的推移,应急性政策的弊端

也逐步暴露出来,经济结构不合理、经济增长缺乏内生动力、环境污染严重等。

由于我国整体经济增速大幅下滑,煤炭市场的需求也大幅下降,整体供大于求,

价格大幅下滑,行业进入深度调整期。同时,鄂尔多斯市房地产市场也于2012

年崩盘,经济受到重创,这些错综复杂的宏观经济环境对JX煤业集团有限公司

的发展带来挑战。为了应对外部环境的变化,促进集团公司的高效发展,制定面

向未来的战略目标并实施有效地管理成为亟待解决的问题。

方向正确,方可避免南辕北辙。战略管理作为企业管理的重要部分,是合理

安排公司一切经营活动的重要依据,对于JX煤业集团有限公司更是如此。一方

面由于外部环境的错综复杂,公司战略目标的制定尤为重要;另一方面,战略目

标作为公司运营活动的主要依据,是公司能否长久具备核心竞争力的关键所在。

本论文的研宄内容包括:

一是对战略管理的相关理论进行梳理,主要包括:战略分析、战略选择和战

略目标的实施与控制,为全文的分析提供理论框架。

二是对JX煤业集团有限公司的现状进行介绍,并对公司的内外部环境进行

了分析,运用PEST分析方法、五力模型和SWOT分析方法找出公司的优势、劣

势、机会和威胁,为战略目标的制定和实施提供依据。

三是为JX煤业集团有限公司制定战略目标,并对战略实施和控制提出建议。

Abstract

Abstract

The world's major economies slowed down sharply after the outbreak of the subprime

crisis and the European debt crisis in 2008. As a part of the world, our country was

not immune. In order to deal with the overall downward trend of the global economy,

a series of policies to stimulate the economy were issued in our country in 2008. Over

time, however,the shortcomings of the emergency policies gradually exposed,

unreasonable economic structure, lack of endogenous power for investment-driven

economic growth, serious environmental pollution, etc. Due to the sharp decline in

China's overall economic growth, the demand of the coal market also fell sharply. The

overall excess supply led to prices fell sharply and the industry entered into the depth

adjustment. At the same time, the real estate market in Ordos city crashed in 2012, the

economy was hit hard. The intricacies of the macroeconomic environment brought

challenge for JX coal group co.,LTD. In response to the change of external

environment and promote the effective development of the group company,it became

critical problem to be solved to create the future strategic objectives and to implement

of effective management.

A right direction can avoid a wrong opposite destination. As an important part of

enterprise management, strategic management is the important basis of reasonable

arrangement of the company all business activities,especially for JX coal group co,

LTD. On the one hand, due to the complicated external environment, it becomes

particularly important for the company to set strategic goals; Strategic goal,on the

other hand, as the main basis of company operations, is whether the company can

have the key to core competitiveness for a long time.

In this paper the research content includes:

A carding on the relevant theories of strategic management mainly includes: strategic

analysis, strategic choice and implementation and control of strategic targets, which

provide theoretical framework for the analysis of the full text.

Secondly, introduces the present situation of JX coal group co.,LTD. and analyzes

the internal and external environment of the company. Find out the advantages,

weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company by using PEST analysis method,
