摘 要

当今的市场环境以客户、竞争、变化为主要的特征,尤其是反映在工程机械

市场上则更为鲜明,F1益迫使企业寻求大幅度改进生产效率、加快反应速度、消

除浪费、降低成本的新型制造模式。而起源于日本的丰田生产方式,后经美国制

造业总结发展系统化成型的精益生产方式,以其多品种,小批量,反应变化快等特

点逐渐成为全世界制造业发展的共同取向,被誉为“21世纪制造业的标准生产方

式”。

C公司的母公司紧跟时代的潮流,在精益生产的大框架下,结合自身企业文

化并整合了一系列早已成功实施的先进管理方式,建立起了具有鲜明自身特色的

精益生产体系一CPS (C公司生产系统)。本文作者作为亲历者,通过研究C公

司刚成立的一个全新的生产部门——胶管车间,从一个价值流的角度进行系统化

地实施精益生产活动,为众多的国内制造加工企业在精益生产应用方面提供了宝

贵的管理思想和实践经验,具有一定的借鉴意义。

本文从企业的经济环境及先进的运营管理方法发展背景出发,得出研究的方

向;然后对相关的精益生产研究理论和方法进行综述及评析;接着对C公司进行

简单介绍并对其推行精益的基础进行分析,进一步介绍C公司胶管车间的背景情

况和当前存在的问题,引出了本文研究的重点:新成立的胶管车间作为一个完整

的价值流,如何去系统地实施CPS。第4章对C公司胶管车间实施CPS从PQVC四

个方面进行系统、全面的介绍。随后总结了 CPS推广的成果,紧跟着提出胶管车

间实施CPS的建议。最后对研究进行了总结和展望。

Abstract

Current marketing environment shows those distinct characteristics include customer,

competition and change,especially in construction machinery industry. It enforced enterprises

generally to search the new manufacturing model which can improve production efficiency

sharply, increase respond time to customer, chase waste and decrease cost. The Lean

Production which was concluded and developed by American manufacturing industry and

coming from Toyota Production Way of Japan has become the common goal of manufacturing

industry in the world. It was gone by the name of the standard production way of

manufacturing industry in 21 century.

The mother company of company C follow closely the tide of age to build CPS

(Company C Production System) which has distinct self- characteristics connected with

self-culture and integrated a series of advantage management way which had successfully

implement. The author of this dissertation study the hose workshop, the new production

department of company C, which systematized implementation lean production from the

visual angle of one value stream as experiencing personally. Those study result supply the

valuable management thought and practice experience and has some referential significance.

This article obtain the study direction starting from the economic environment and

development background of the advance operation management way of self-company. Then,

summarize and appraise relative study theory and method of lean production. And, introduce

company C briefly and the base of lean production implementation. Following that, it derive

the key point which is how to systematized implementation CPS when the hose workshop act

as a whole value stream through introducing the background and current issues in the hose

workshop on company C. The chapter 4 introduce amply the new hose workshop how to

implement CPS from 4 aspects of PQVC. Then, it introduce the result of CPS implementation

and raise the advices. At the last, the article get the conclusion and vision for this study.
