中国中小电子制造服务(EMS)企业XXX电子有限公司发
展战略研究
摘要
国内电子制造服务(EMS)企业正面临跨国EMS企业的激烈竞争,
发展战略研宄与制定对企业的生存与发展至关重要。
本文在分析了全球电子制造服务(EMS)行业的整体发展状况以
及研宄国内中小电子制造服务(EMS)企业发展战略重要意义的前提
下对国内电子制造服务(EMS)企业的现状进行了具体分析,并运用
迈克尔波特的五种竞争力量模型重点分析行业中的竞争状况,尤其
是国内中小电子制造服务(EMS)企业所面临的竞争环境。随后本文
详细介绍了如何运用SWOT矩阵分析法对XXX电子有限公司的关键内
外部因素进行分析,并结合波特的通用竞争战略理论最终确定了现
阶段XXX电子有限公司的总体发展战略:
1. 聚焦重点 针对产品特征为小批量,多品种,高附加
值的客户实施目标聚集战略。
2. 高端制造 依托前沿的技术,高效的生产,稳定的质
量和全面的服务占据竞争优势。
3. 卓越运营 加强企业管理和市场营销能力,保障公司
健康发展。
在确定了公司发展战略之后,本文又介绍了如何在生产,技术,
业务,人事,信息管理和财务等方面为发展战略的实施提供具体对
策以及相关保障措施体系,从而将XXX电子有限公司打造成一家制
造能力超群,服务种类全面,运营管理高效,财务状况健康,员工
素质优秀,营销手段多样的高端电子制造服务(EMS)企业。
本论文的研宄成果不但为国内中小电子制造服务(EMS)企业的
生存和发展提供了指导和建议,而且在一定程度上对国内其他行业
中小企业的发展具有指导意义。

ABSTRACT
Domestic electronics manufacturing services (EMS) companies are
facing fierce competition from global EMS companies. The development
strategy research and setting is critical to the survival and development of
companies.
Based on analyzing of the overall development of the global
electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry and the importance of
development strategy research of domestic small and medium electronics
manufacturing services (EMS) companies, this thesis conducted a
detailed analysis to the status of domestic electronics manufacturing
services (EMS) companies, and used Michael Porter's five competitive
forces model to analysis competitive conditions in the industry, especially
the competitive environment of small and medium domestic electronics
manufacturing services (EMS) companies. Then this thesis described how
to use the SWOT matrix to analysis key internal and external factors of
XXX Electronics Co., Ltd., and combined with the universal theory of
Porter's competitive strategy to finalize the overall development strategy
of XXX Electronics Co., Ltd. at this stage:
1. Focus on key customers Implement target aggregation
strategy to the customers which product feature is low volume, high mix
and high-value.
2. High-end manufacturing Take competitive advantage based
on cutting-edge technology, efficient production, stable quality and
comprehensive services.
3. Operational Excellence -Strengthen enterprise management
and marketing capabilities to protect the healthy development of the
company.
