摘要

绩效管理是一个综合的管理体系,有效的绩效管理必须明确有考核目标、

考核内容、评价指标、考核方法、考核结果应用等;亦即绩效管理是绩效计

划、绩效考评、绩效反馈、绩效沟通、绩效改进与提高等环节的有效整合,

任何一个环节都直接影响绩效管理的成败。

本文以WD地产公司为研宄对象,在分析收集相关管理资料、全面了解管

理和绩效考核现状的基础上,结合激励理论、利益相关者理论等绩效管理理

论,以及平衡积分卡、关键绩效指标等具体方法,深入分析TO地产公司绩效

管理现状,找出其在绩效管理中存在的没有与公司战略相结合、将绩效考核

等同绩效管理、缺乏绩效沟通等问题;围绕实施目标管理的具体进程,运用

文献研宄法、调查研究法和统计分析法,重新规划了整个公司的绩效管理体

系,以期为WD公司的健康快速发展创造有利条件。

本文认为,取得公司高层领导的重视、修订完善系统的绩效管理制度、

健全绩效管理机构、优化绩效考核指标系统、持续的绩效督导、做好绩效考

核结果的反馈与评估、绩效考核结果的应用、加强以绩效为导向的文化建设

是WD公司优化绩效管理的关键所在,也对其他企业有积极的借鉴意义。

Abstract

Performance management is a comprehensive management system,effective

performance management must be clear assessment target, assessment content,

assessment methods,assessment indicators, evaluation of the results of

application; The performance management is a performance plan, performance

assessment, performance feedback, performance communication, performance

improvement and enhancement of the effective integration, any one link can

directly affect the success or failure of performance management.

This paper takes WD real estate company as the research object,in the

analysis of collected management information, comprehensive understanding of

the basic management and performance evaluation status, combined with the

incentive theory, stakeholder theory, performance management theory, and the

balanced scorecard, key performance indicators and other methods, further

analysis of WD real estate company performance management present situation,

discovers its existence in the performance management and corporate strategy, no

combination of performance appraisal will be equal to performance management,

such as lack of performance communication problems; Implementation of the

specific process of target management, uses the methods of literature study,

investigation and statistical analysis, the planning of the entire firm's performance

management system, in order to create favorable conditions for the healthy and

rapid development of WD company.

This paper thinks the key of the optimizing WD company performance

management is to obtain the company leadership attention, to revise and improve

tfie system of performance management system, to sound performance

management mechanism, to optimize the performance appraisal index system,

continuous performance supervision, to complete the performance evaluation

result feedback and evaluation, the application of performance appraisal results,

and to strengthen performance oriented culture construction. And they also have

the positive reference significance to other enterprises.
