实施和控制项目阶段,如何对需求百密而无一疏的管理、实现与验证,来总结安全开

发项目管理的核心价值、提高技术和管理竞争优势、保障项目的顺利完成。

论文分为六章,第一章介绍论文研究的背景,目的、意义,内容和思路;第二章

阐述项目开发背景,项目管理侧重点;第三章分析项目组织管理和团队建设;第四章

是对项目需求管理体系的分析、选择和评价;第五章就如何建设项目沟通管理体系做

了深入阐述;第六章是论文的结论。

本论文通过对具体项目在组织管理、需求管理、沟通管理等方面的研究,对于轨

道交通信号系统自主研发项目前期的规划进行了总结,为项目的后续开展以及类似项

目的立项、启动与运作奠定的基础。组织管理方面,通过对组织形式、组织结构的研

究,为轨交信号安全幵发项目选择了项目组织形式;通过对项目团队需求的了解,进

行了团队模型、领导模型的研究和分析,得出项目的团队建设各阶段工作重点。需求

管理方面,引入工作分解结构和进行需求管理的需求、工具、流程等具体分析,得出

需求管理系统的要点。沟通管理方面,就如果建立高效适用的沟通系统做出分析。

Abstract

This thesis made a detailed analysis of throughout requirement management, team

building and communication management of safety system D&R by project management

body of knowledge based on mass research findings on experience of safety system project.

From the perspective of overall situation and long-term viewpoints, it analyzed how to

establish project the plans, control the phases, how to manage, realize and verify the each

requirement for the enhancement of core value of project management, of competitive

advantage of technology and administrate. It will benefit to succeed in the project progress.

Paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the research background,

purpose, meaning, content and ideas. Chapter 2 describes the background project

development and project management focus. Chapter 3 analyzes the project organization

selection, management and team building. Chapter 4 is to analysis the project management

requirement system, selection and evaluation. Chapter 5 is on how to build project

communication management system to do a thorough elaborated. Chapter 6 is the conclusion

of the paper.

The first point is organizational management. Through researching on organizational

structure for the development of rail signaling safety project ,

selection project organization. Through understanding of the requirements of the project

team carried out the team model, the leadership model of research and analysis, focus team

building in the project various stages. The second point is demand management. Work

breakdown structure and the detailed analysis to requirement management, including

tools,processes and other specific analysis, concludes the point of requirement management

system. The third point is communication management, to establish efficient if applied to

analyze the communication system.
