随着信息技术的发展,公司之间的竞争不仅仅是局限于一个国家,而是将触
角伸向了世界每一个角落。对于传统制造业来说,如何提高企业产品研发的速度,
减少从概念到量产的时间,并缩短产品的上市周期,成为制造业的挑战。于是,
每个企业都在进行自己的信息化建设,或是因为成本战略,或是因为市场战略。

因此,在 ERP 成为所有企业信息规划的要点条件下,PLM(产品生命周期管理)
系统成为制造型企业的信息化新宠。因此,系统的了解和研究 PLM 项目规划和
实施关键,是节省成本和提高效率的一个重要关键。

本论文在分析信息系统建设对于企业的作用和意义,系统的阐述了如何进行
信息系统规划和实施的要点。对比了不同的信息系统之间的区别。尤其对于制造
类型的企业推荐应用的 PLM 系统,进行了说明和内容阐述。并以典型的制造型
H 企业的 PLM 项目规划和实施为例,引入项目管理的概念,规划了该企业信息
系统实施的流程。同时,也以信息系统提供方 C 公司的视角,进行 PLM 系统项
目实施内容的剖析,以期建立一个明晰的 IT 项目实施结构。本文的目的是为企
业的信息化建设提出一个可以借用的项目流程,也为众多的软件系统供应商提供
一套行之有效的实施计划方法,让信息系统可以在企业中及时落地,使企业和软
件开发者达到双赢的目的。

With the development of the information technology, the competition among the
companies is not limited to a country but it has extended its feeler to every corner of
the world. And it is a challenge for the traditional manufacturing how to raise the R&
D speed and reduce the time from a concept to production as well as the period that
the products come into the market. Thus, each enterprise is implementing the
construction of its own information technology either due to cost strategy or market
strategy. Therefore, under the context that ERP becomes the key point of the
information planning for all the enterprises, PLM system becomes the new favorite of
the informatization for the manufacturing enterprises. Hence, it is an essential point to
systematically comprehend and research the project planning and the implementation
keys of PLM so as to save cost and raise the efficiency.
This paper on one hand analyzes the function and significance of constructing
the information technology system for the enterprises and systematically elaborates
the key points that how to plan and implement the information system and compares
with various information systems. This paper particularly states the PLM system and
elaborates its content, recommended by the manufacturing enterprises and introduces
the concept of project management with a typical example of a PLM project planning
and implementation by a manufacturing H-type enterprise and then plans the flow to
implement the information system of this enterprise. In the meantime, it is also from
the angle of the information system provider Company C to analyze the implemented
content of PLM system project so as to establish a clear implementation structure of
IT project. This paper aims to present a borrowable project flow for the information
construction for the enterprises as well as provide more software systems suppliers a
series of feasible solutions to implementing the plan, making the information system
put in place promptly and both the enterprises and software developers reach the
win-win objective.
