随着工程项目市场的不断发展，工程管理公司采购团队将面临更为复杂的市

本文通过分析 AE 公司采购团队建立的依据，提出了工程管理公司建立以采
购团队为基础的采购组织或部门的组织形式。基于公司战略要求和各具体工程项
目的情况，工程管理公司应建立核心业务采购团队与专有业务采购团队的各项目
采购团队。同时，本文论述了采购团队管理工作应该如何开展的，包括通过合理
授权、有效沟通，协调采购团队内部外部的协调与配合。针对团队和成员情况，
本文研究和分析了采购团队所面临冲突，提出解决的方法和步骤。

经过研究和分析发现 AE 公司采购团队的管理符合采购工作发展的组织要
求。因此，得出结论，AE 公司采购团队管理的模式对其它工程管理公司具有积
极的参考价值。工程管理公司可以参照此模式构建采购团队，构成公司采购组织
或部门，根据具体情况设立核心团队和专有团队，并运用科学的理论对采购团队
进行管理，同时采取正确的方式解决采购团队管理中所遇到一些主要问题。

ABSTRACT
With the developing of project market, the teams of project management
companies will face the complicated market, constantly changing of the projects and
the adjustments of the companies’strategic decision. Which type of procurement team
should be established How to lead and manage the procurement teams It is critical
for the project procurement work and the procurement teams.
Based on the characteristics of specific, dynamic, complicated, risk and volatile
for the procurement team and project procurement work, and the actual case of AE
company, this thesis introduces how to establish the procurement team, how to lead
and manage, and how to solve several problems of team management according to the
team management theories including theories of project management, project
procurement management, team, leadship, risk, conflict and etc.
Considered the characters of project management field, the thesis introduces the
procedure, standard and methods in AE Ltd. It analyzes how to establish the
procurement team, and how to manage and lead. It introduces some major problems
for team management. And this thesis gives an acual case to establish, lead and
manage the project procurement team for NZCB project.
Through analyzed the basement to establish the procurement team in AE
company, this thesis provide the organization format that project management
company establishes the procurement organization or department based on
procurement teams. The project management company should create the core business
procurement team and normal business team based on the company strategy and the
actual of the projects. At the same time, this article states how to carry out the
management for procurement team including reasonable authorization, effective
communication, teams coordinating inside and outside. As for the situation of the
teams and members, this thesis studies and analyzes the conflicts faced by
procurement teams, and provides the sovlements and process.
Under the analysis and research, the management of AE Ltd.’s procurement team
meets the demands of the project procurement’s develepment. Hereby, the thesis
draws the conclusion: AE’s team management is positive and valuable for the project
