本文旨在理论联系实际,在分析 G 建筑工程公司核心竞争力的外部环境分析的基础上,
通过对 G 建筑工程公司核心竞争力的识别,提出培育 G 建筑工程公司企核心竞争力的
途径,为作者的实际工作提供理论参考和借鉴。
全文内容分为五大部分。
第一章,第一章,是绪论,包括研究的背景、意义,理论评介与文献综述,研究内
用和方法。
第二章,对 G 建筑工程公司核心竞争力的环境进行了分析。包括对 G 建筑工程公
司的 PEST 分析,行业竞争环境分析和 SWOT 分析。
第三章,对 G 建筑工程公司核心竞争力进行识别。包括 G 建筑工程公司价值链分
析,G 建筑工程公司核心竞争力的构成和测评。建筑工程公司核心竞争力主要由管理能
力、施工能力、抗风险能力、人力资本能力和财务能力五部分构成。通过 5 个二级指标
25 个三级指标测评发现:G 建筑工程公司的核心竞争力总分 79.17,从计算的权重来看,
影响 G 建筑工程公司核心竞争力大小的因素依次为市场风险、管理水平、人力资源和生
产技术,从具体得分来看 G 建筑工程公司的核心竞争力主要是抗风险能力,管理水平,
其次是生产技术和人力资源,最后是财务能力。
第四章,提出了 G 建筑工程公司核心竞争力核心竞争力培养的途径。包括:企业归
核化,建立学习型组织,业务流程再造和差异化战略。
最后是研究结论。

Abstract
In order to suit economic structure adjustment and beat rivals, building engineering
corporations need to enhance core competitiveness to sustain their development.
Based on theories and taking the reality into consideration, the thesis analyzes the
exterior environment of the core competitiveness of G building engineering company. The
author gives a detailed study of the core competitiveness of G building engineering company
and puts forward suggestions for the corporation to enhance its core competitiveness.
The essay is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, which includes study
background, related theories, reference, main content and means of research.
Chapter II is an analysis of the exterior environment of the core competitiveness of G
building engineering company including PEST analysis, industry competition environment
analysis and SWOT analysis.
Chapter III gives a detailed study of the core competitiveness of G building engineering
company including the value-chain analysis, assessment of the firm’s core competitiveness
elements. The core competitiveness of a building engineering company consists of
management ability, construction ability, anti-risk ability, human capital competence and
financial ability. Conducting an assessment including 5 grade two indexes and 25 grade three
indexes, the author figures out that the total score of G building engineering corporations’
core competitiveness is 79.17. In terms of calculation weight, the core competitiveness of G
building engineering company is influenced by market risk, management competence, human
resources and production technology. In terms of score, the core competitiveness of G
building engineering company is influenced by anti-risk competence, management ability,
production technologies, human resources and financial ability.
In chapter IV the author puts forward suggestions for G building engineering corporation
to enhance its core competitiveness including refocusing, establishment of learning
organization, process reengineering and differentiation strategy. The last part is conclusion.
