随着世界经济的迅猛发展,所有企业都面临着经济一体化带来的空前激烈竞争局
面,物流成为企业发展的“第三利润源”,控制成本、降本增效,可持续发展成为销售企
业必须面对的重要研究课题。P石油公司作为中国石化产业两大集团企业之一,肩负着
“经济、政治、社会”三大责任,作为下属的云南省P石油公司面对集团公司快速发展的
需要和国内外企业的竞争、抗衡和挑战,加快制定本公司发展的物流管理战略迫在眉睫。
因此,本文的研究,对于云南省P石油公司的物流管理战略定位、战略实施,在激烈的
市场竞争中提升核心竞争力可以起到积极的参考和借鉴的作用。
本文研究方法主要是根据战略管理理论、供应链管理理论、现代物流管理理论,将
定量研究与定性研究紧密结合,并整理加工了云南省P石油公司大量的数据、素材以及
对公司物流现状和管理的详尽调研,剖析了该公司物流发展中营销能力不足、仓储能力
不足、调运综合平衡能力不足以及基础管理和组织配套能力不足等深层次原因,提出了
公司物流的发展定位及物流管理战略实施途径,为云南省P石油公司的有质量、有效益、
可持续物流发展提出自己的观点,具有现实的借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of world economy, all enterprises are faced with the
unprecedented competition situation which is brought by economic integration, and logistics
has become the third profits source in the enterprise development. Controlling cost,cost
decreasing and benefit increasing, and sustainable development has become an important
research topic which the selling enterprise must face. P oil company, as one of the two groups
of petrochemical industry enterprises in China, should be responsible for economy,policy,
society. Facing tiie need of fast development of the group company, competition and
challenge of enterprises at home and abroad,Yunnan P oil company, as a subordinate units,
accelerate strategy making for the development of logistics is imminent. Therefore, the
research of this article can have the effect of positive reference for Yunnan P oil company
logistics management strategy positioning, strategy implementation and improving the core
competitiveness in the intense market competition
Being based on the theory of strategic management, supply chain management theory,
and modern logistics management theory, the main research methods of this paper is the
quantitative study combined with qualitative research, finishing mass of data of Yunnan P oil
company, and the detailed material researching on company logistics status and management,
and analyzing the reason why the marketing ability, warehousing, comprehensive balance
capability,the basic management and ability to organize supporting is insufficient,putting
forward the logistics management development positioning and strategy implementation
approaches and my own view on quality,profitable and sustainable development. It has the
reality significance.
