作为大型上市股份公司的 A 商业银行,同样面临着员工行为风险所带来的非
预期损失或损失的可能性,这就迫使 A 商业银行不断完善相关风险控制,夯实内
控管理。本文通过对 A 商业银行员工行为风险的控制研究,运用经济学、管理学
相关理论对员工行为风险相关要素进行论证,结合 A 商业银行实际情况,提出有
效控制员工行为风险的措施,同时希望能为国内其他商业银行控制此类风险提供
借鉴和参考。

Abstract
In recent years, the rapid development of computer technology makes the
commercial banks electronic degree increasing, the original kind of hand-workshop
-style business model has ceased to exist , but from some extent, commercial banks still
have labor- intensive industries features - normal operation of commercial banks largely
depends on the human factor. This feature makes the commercial banks are increasingly
concerned about the risks arising from employee behavior , especially in recent years
due to financial cases more frequent make much more attention of the relevant
departments .
As a large company's A shares listed commercial banks, also faces risks arising
from employee behavior unexpected loss or possibility of loss , forcing A commercial
bank to continue to improve related risk control.Based on the A commercial bank
employees behavioral risk control study , the use of economics, management theories
related behavioral risk factors for employees to conduct feasibility studies , combined
with the actual situation of A commercial bank , to propose effective measures to
control the risk of employee behavior , while hoping for other domestic commercial
banks to control such risks to provide references .
