在企业的发展的过程中,每个生命周期阶段,企业都应釆取相应组织结构模式与之
特点相适应。但是许多公司改变组织结构模式的意愿并不强烈,即便有些公司釆取了相
应措施,但重视程度也远远不够。许多企业宁可牺牲公司发展机遇,也不愿意改变其组
织结构。
通过对企业生命周期中不同阶段的特征分析,识别企业所面临的管理瓶颈;通过企
业组织结构模式的变革的研究,寻找解决企业的管理问题的方向和措施;通过对企业利
益相关者利益诉求的分析,查询组织结构变革所需满足的条件;从而确保企业组织结构
变革的方向和措施的有效性;最终能提高企业发展可控性。
企业比较关注那种管理组织结构才是合理、高效组织结构模式,研究发现只有较好
反应企业利益相关者利益的管理组织结构才可以有效推动企业长期发展,企业组织结构
模式也只有更好地保护利益相关者的权益,企业的整体利益才能得到保证,社会的认可
度才会提高,其获得商业机会的概率才会增大。

Abstract
In the process of enterprise development,each stage of life cycle,the enterprise should
adopt corresponding to the characteristics of organizational structure mode. But many
companies don't want to change the mode of organization structure, even if some companies
have taken measures, but they don't think that it is key. Why these enterprises would rather
sacrifice the company development opportunity, they aren't willing to change the
organizational structure of the enterprise
Through the analysis of the characteristics of different stages of the enterprise life cycle,
we can identify the management bottleneck of enterprises. Through the study of the enterprise
organization structure model change, we can look for the direction and measures to solve the
management problems of enterprise. Through the analysis of enterprise stakeholders interests,
we find out the conditions of the organization growing, and ensure effectiveness of the
direction and measures of the reform of the organization structure. Finally, we can improve
controllability of enterprise.
Enterprises pay more attention to the management organization structure is reasonable,
high efficient organization structure model, the study found only reflect the organizational
structure of enterprise stakeholders can effectively promote the long-term development of the
enterprise, the relevant protection benefit enterprise organizational structure model is only
better rights, the overall interests of the enterprise can obtain the guarantee, acceptance will
the progress of the society, the probability will obtain commercial opportunities.
