摘要

企业年金作为一种补充养老保险,在如今人口老龄化F1趋严重的形式下,发挥着越

来越重要的作用,和基本养老保险、个人储蓄养老保险并称为我国养老保险“三支柱”。

企业年金是企业在国家政策的引导下自愿建立的,它既是一种养老制度,又是员工的一

种福利项目。作为养老制度,企业年金的实施改善了员工老年的生活水平,缓解了基本

养老保险的压力。作为福利项目,企业年金成为企业人力资源管理的有效手段,可以起

到吸引人才、留住人才和激励人才的作用。

企业年金激励作用的不断发挥以及现代企业管理制度的需要,企业纷纷加入年金的

队伍,开始实施企业年金计划。但是,企业年金计划是一个复杂的项目,包括了很多内

容’涉及了多方利益,因此,企业应该综合考虑企业的内外部环境,在迎合大的政治、

经济、技术和社会文化环境的情况下,结合自身企业的资源和潜能,合理设计科学的年

金计划,才能充分发挥企业年金的激励和保障作用。

本文从企业人力资源管理的视角出发,查阅了企业年金激励作用的相关资料,遵循

提出问题-分析问题-解决问题的逻辑路线,具体分析的企业年金在YC公司人力资源管

理中的激励效用。首先,针对研究的问题并结合YC公司的实际情况,设计了员工调查

问卷,通过问卷资料的收集和整理了解了 YC公司企业年金的实施情况以及员工的满意

度,通过分析找出YC公司在企业年金实施过程中存在的问题。然后,针对YC公司的实

际状况,对员工进行实地访谈,进一步掌握员工对企业年金的态度和意见,来分析问题

产生的原因和这些问题所造成的消极影响。最后,在分析的基础上结合所掌握的知识和

理论找出解决问题的方法和对策,同时也提出了保障该对策实施的相关措施。

ABSTRACT

As a kind of compensatory endowment insurance, enterprise pension under the form of

an aging population has become increasingly serious nowadays, plays a more and more

important role. Basic endowment insurance, enterprise annuity and personal savings

endowment insurance is our country endowment insurance three pillars. Enterprise annuity

is an enterprise established under the guidance of national policy voluntary, it is a kind of

pension system,and employees a welfare program. As pension system, the implementation of

the enterprise annuity has improved the living standards of employees aged, alleviate the

pressure of basic endowment insurance. As a welfare project, the enterprise annuity is the

effective means to become the enterprise human resources management, can rise to attract

talent, retain talent and motivate talented people.

The incentive effect of enterprise annuity as well as the needs of modern enterprise

management system, enterprises have to join the team of pension, began to implement

enterprise annuity plan. Enterprise annuity plans, however, is a complex project, including a

lot of content, involved in multiple interests, therefore, enterprises should consider the

internal and external environment, in response to major political, economic, technology and

social cultural environment, combined with its own enterprise resources and potential, design

scientific and reasonable pension plan. Therefore the enterprise annuity can give full play to

the function of incentive and guarantee.

In this paper, from the Angle of view of the enterprise human resources management,

refer to the related data of the enterprise annuity incentive, follow the logic route of ask

questions - analysis problem - solve the problem,to concrete analysis the enterprise annuity

incentive effect in YC company human resource management. Firstly, aiming at the problem

of study and in combination with the practical situation of YC company, designs the staff

questionnaire, through collect and sorting the questionnaire data, to found the YC company's

implementation of the enterprise annuity and employee satisfaction, through the analysis to

find YC company's problems in the implementation of enterprise annuity. And then, based on

the actual status of YC company, conduct field interviews, to master the employees' attitudes

and opinions about the enterprise annuity further, to analyze the reasons of these problems

and the negative impact caused by these problems. Finally, on the basis of the analysis

combined with the knowledge and theory to find out the methods and countermeasures to

solve the problem and also put forward some related measures to guarantee the

implementation of countermeasures.
