我国百货业正在向 SHOPING MALL 转型阶段,随着电子商务的蓬勃发展和国
外百货公司的进入,百货行业将面临更加激烈的竞争。

在系统地阐述论文研究背景、目的、意义,总结国内外研究现状的基础上,
运用管理学、人力资源开发与组织发展等理论,以 Z 公司的员工培训为例对百货
公司员工培训问题进行研究。从年龄结构、文化程度结构等方面描述了 Z 公司的
人力资源状况,分析了 Z 公司员工培训管理的现状及存在的主要问题;改进设计
了 Z 公司员工培训计划体系、实施体系、效果评价体系;最后从构建重视培训的
文化氛围、整合培训资源、完善培训管理制度等方面提出了 Z 公司员工培训体系
实施的对策建议。

Abstract
China's retail industry is undergoing a transformation to the SHOPING MALL
stage, with the rapid development of e-commerce and foreign large stores have entered,
the store industry will face more intense competition.
In the paper the research background, purpose, significance, summarizes the
domestic and foreign research status, the use of management science, human resource
development and organization development theory, to Z company's employee training
as an example to study the problem of employee training department store. From the
age structure, education structure describes the human resource situation of Z company,
analyzes the present situation of the staff training management of Z company and the
main existing problems; improve the design of the Z company employee training plan
system, implementation system, performance evaluation system; finally, the
countermeasures and suggestions for implementing employee training system of Z
company from the construction pay attention to the training of culture, integrate training
resources, improve training management system etc..
