企业对于员工职业发展通道的设计方向有纵、横两个维度,但组织一般比较关注纵向职
业通道的设计。纵向职业通道的表现形式主要为管理职务晋升与专业职务晋升两个渠道,这
两者既覆盖了纵向职业通道的主体内容,事实上也支撑了整个职业通道的主体框架。而员工
的横向职业发展通道是对纵向职业通道的辅助与补充,但它并不是可有可无的,它和纵向职
业通道构成了立体交叉的员工职业发展通道,对整体职业通道起着不可或缺的作用。
从目前总厂员工职业发展通道来看,建立规范化、制度化的员工职业发展通道还需要不
断深入与探索,打破原有“重管理、轻技能”的通道设计,同时需规范横向通道转换过程。
本文将根据本人在攻读 MBA 硕士学位过程中所学的有关企业管理和人力资源方面的内容,
详细分析总厂现行员工职业发展通道存在的弊端并进行改善,希望可以探索出新形势下老牌
国有企业普遍适用的员工职业发展通道的基本模式,增强企业员工竞争力。

Abstract
Career growth path refers to an employee's career development plans. For enterprises,
allowing companies to better understand the potential of employees; for employees, allows
employees to focus on their future direction and worked. The career development plan calls for
employees, supervisors, and human resources departments to participate in the development. Staff
to make their own interests and tendencies, in charge of staff performance assessment of the
human resources department is responsible for assessing its future development is possible.
Corporate design direction for staff career development paths are vertical, horizontal two
dimensions, but the organizations are generally more concerned about the design of vertical career
path. Manifestations are mainly vertical career path management job promotion and professional
job promotion two paths, both of which only covers the main content vertical career path, in fact,
also supported the main framework for the entire career path. The lateral career development paths
of staff is to assist and supplement to the vertical career path, but it is not optional, it constitutes a
career path and vertical interchange of staff career development paths, can not play a whole career
path or lack of role.
Plant employee career development from the current paths, the establishment of a
standardized, institutionalized employee career development and deepening of the paths also
needs to explore, to break the original paths of pay more attention on management, while the
transverse paths conversion process required specification. This article will be based on the
management and content of corporate human resources in pursuing my MBA master's degree in
the process of learning, a detailed analysis of the existing plant staff career development paths and
improve the disadvantages, hoping to explore a state-owned enterprise established under the new
situation the basic approach is generally applicable to career development path, increasing the
competitiveness of enterprise employees.
