摘要
提高绩效管理水平对于企业加强人力资源管理、提升管理水平和完善人力
资源管理体制具有十分重要的意义
本文以漳泽电力内蒙古分公司的绩效管理实践为背景,针对实践中遇到的
问题,主要依据KPI (关键指标法)、MBO (目标管理法)等管理工具,提出了定
量与定性相结合的考核办法。因为定性指标较难确定且不容易达成共识,所以-
在指标设定上偏重于定量考核。该过程使用了访谈法、经验法、问卷调查法等
方式进行
本文强调了绩效反馈的重要性,提出了国有企业环境下反馈时的注意事项,
同时说明,绩效反馈需要在特定的历史时期下才能执行,是个循序渐进的过程
本文还将绩效管理与岗位分析、劳动组织、薪酬、培训等环节相结合,得
出了不但绩效管理是一个闭环的过程,与其他环节也应产生良性循环,才能发
挥其应有的作用

Abstract
Improve the level of performance management has very important significance
for strengthen human resources management, enhance the management level and
improve human resources management system.
This paper take Zhangze Power Branch Inner Mongolia performance
management practice for the background, aim at the problems encountered in practice,
mainly, on the basis of KPI,MBO management tools,presents a combination of
quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods. Because it is difficult to determine
the qualitative index and is not easy to reach a consensus, so the emphasis on
quantitative appraisal index set. The process uses the interview method, experience
method, investigation method of the questionnaire way.
This paper emphasizes the importance of performance feedback, put forward
state-owned enterprise environment feedback when the matters needing attention, at
the same time, performance feedback is required in 狂 particular historical period can
be executed, it is a gradual process.
This paper also introduces performance management and job analysis, labor
organizations,compensation, training and other aspects of the combination, that not
only the performance management is a closed-loop process,and other aspects should
also produces benign loop,in order to play its due role.
