最主要、最基本的风险之一。

当前,内外部环境交织变化,银行的经营活动日益综合化和国际化,业务及

产品日趋复杂,银行业面临严峻的风险挑战。在当前复杂的经营环境下,操作风

险的突发性和敏感性强、蔓延速度快、交互影响大,风险和案件防控的任务更加

艰巨。风险管理的疏漏会给银行带来较大的经济损失和不良的信誉,不利于银行

的可持续发展。在中国银行业经营战略转型的关键时期,在内外部环境严峻的情

况下,如何提高操作风险管控能力,保证业务健康发展,不仅与银行自身发展息

息相关,更是金融业稳健发展的保障,是银行必须重视的课题。

本文通过多种方法分析了中国银行甘肃省分行操作风险现状,剖析了存在的

问题及深层次原因,并结合同业的先进经验,得出中行甘肃省分行操作风险管理

的改进措施。通过本文的研究,希望能够明确操作风险管理中的相关理论、提供

问题的解决方案,以提高中行甘肃省分行操作风险管理的精细化水平。

Abstract

The business of bank is to manage the risks,the eternal subject of bank is how to enhance

the ability to manage and control the risks,the operational risk is very old,which is becoming

one of the most crucial and basic risk of commercial banks

Nowadays, the bank's business activities is increasingly integrated and internationalized,

business and products are becoming more and more complex, and the financial institutions of the

banking industry are facing severe challenges. In today's complex business environment, the

operational risk breaks suddenly, strong sensitivity, spread fast, and interactive eflFect, the task to

prevent risks and cases is becoming more and more serious. Underestimate risk and lack of control

will not only bring enormous economic losses to the bank, but also damage the credibility of the

bank, which is bad for the sustainable development of the bank. In the key period of China

baking's strategy transformation and sever internal and external environment, how to enhance the

ability to control the operational risk, to ensure the safely and stable of business development, is

not only closely related to the commercial bank's development, but also the security for the good

development of the financial industry, which is an important problem for the bank managers.

This paper make a detailed investigation of the operational risk of Gansu branch of bank of

china,describe the situation of operational risk management of Gansu branch of bank of china,to

conduct a comprehensive description of the system, puts forward the problems during the

management process,analysis the causes of the problems deeply,on this basis,Combined with

the advanced experience of the industiy in terms of operational risk management,obtain the

approach and suggestion to improve the operational risk management of Gansu branch Bank of

China. Through this study, I hope to make the operation risk management theory clearly, provide

the solution to tiie problem,to improve the level of operational risk management of Gansu branch

of Bank of china
