ABSTRACT

Bidding system is the product of highly developed commodity economy,is the application

of technical means,as well as economic instruments and market mechanisms combine economic

competitiveness,a merit-based transactions carried out in an organized manner,because of its

openness,fairness, impartiality, organization and one other characteristics, in line with the

prevailing social,standard operating procedures,the date of birth has all of the vitality,

engineering procurement transactions and car^o services worldwide are widely used.

With the deepening of reform and opening up as well as further integration of economic

globalization , market development matures, thematic studies Tendering Center of Gansu

Province,Gansu Province,this unique SOE tender agent service quality management system, an

objective look at their own strengths and weaknesses,the comprehensive analysis of the external

environment center,weaknesses, local conditions,in the expanding business scope and scale of
