近些年来,私人银行在我国取得了飞速的发展,取得了长足的进步。在中国银行率
先推出私人银行业务之后,很多商业银行相继推出了私人银行业务,推动了私人银行业
务在我国的快速发展。目前,我国的私人银行业务已经在上海、广州等一线城市已经取
得很大成功。杭州联合银行作为一家城市商业银行,自成立以来取得了长足的发展和进
步,目前也逐步开展了私人银行业务,因此,找出适合城商行私人银行业务发展对策显
得十分重要。
本文以杭州联合银行为例,借助战略管理、私人银行等相关理论发展,通过分析杭
州联合银行私人银行的内外部发展环境,研究银行面临的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁,并
根据对银行私人银行业务的SWOT分析,提出了银行发展的策略,主要包括:在外部环
境的改革方面,要学习相关法律制度,规范私人银行内部业务操作,加强风险管理和自
身改革等;在内部改革方面,要增强产品创新,提供高效优质人性化服务,打造优质品
牌银行形象,加快培养私人银行专业人才、加强客户服务体系建设等等。

杭州联合银行私人银行业务发展现状及对策研究
Abstract
In recent years, private banks in the country has achieved rapid development,has made
considerable progress. After the Bank of China launched the first private banking,many
commercial banks have launched a private banking business, and promote the rapid
development of the private banking business in China. At present, China's private banking
business has already achieved great success in Shanghai,Guangzhou and other cities. Union
Bank of Hangzhou city as a commercial bank, since its inception has made considerable
progress and development,is also gradually develop the private banking business, therefore,
to find suitable private banking firm City Development Strategy is very important.
In this paper,Hangzhou United Bank,for example, with the development of the theory
of strategic management, private banking, etc” through the analysis of the advantages of the
internal and external environment for development URCB private banks, banks face study,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and based on private banking SWOT business analysis,
strategy development banks, including: the reform of the external environment, to learn the
relevant legal system,regulate the private bank's internal business operations,strengthen risk
management and self-reform; internal reform, to strengthen product innovation, to provide
efficient and high quality human services, to create high-quality brand image of banks, private
banks to speed up the training of professionals, enhance customer service system,and so on.
