全球性时代是我们很容易进入一个新的世界，但另一方面，竞争的加剧和市场需
求同样有所提高。所有小型，中型或大型企业都会面临这个市场。不断的政治和社会
变化影响了每一个市场，同样影响到本土化和国际化的生意。找到合适的人，能够把
公司的想法在本地或国外市场的不同条件下付诸实施，能够和有着不同背景工作经验
的人一起工作，是企业“生存”和成功的关键。在公司里有这样一群人，他们能够带
领公司走向成功的人，我们称为高层管理团队（ TMT ）。高层管理团队（TMT）包括
不同业务领域的领导者们。他们聚集在一起，共同讨论公司面临的挑战并找到解决方
案，并且涵盖公司未来最重要的领域的有关决定。最终的目的是给企业带来成功，在
做决定的过程中，他们需要挑战来自公司内外的各种不同的挑战。我发现它很有趣，
富有挑战性并且有用去研究这样一个复杂重要的部分，因为它存在于所有公司工作中
都是不可避免的。

Abstract
Era of globality has brought the world to us, made it more accessible but on the other
side very demanding as competition has increased and demands of market have increased.
All companies‘ small, medium or big corporations are exposed to this market. Constant
political and social changes have influenced every market very much and has affected
doing business is same, doesn‘t matter if it refers to local or global.
Finding suitable people that are able to bring the company‘s ideas on local or foreign
market, work under different conditions coming from market and work with people with
different backgrounds is crucial for surviving‘ and success.
In companies group of people that are able to lead the company and recognise the path
of its success is called top management team.
Top management team (TMT) is consisted of people how are leaders in different business
areas. Gathering forces they are able to discuss company‘s challenges and find solution for
the same. Covering the most important fields of business they are bringing decisions about
future of company. All together with just one aim, to bring company a success, they are
struggling making decisions facing different challenges coming from numerous sources,
from in and out the company.
I found it very interesting, challenging and useful to focus this study on such a
complex and important part, which existence and work is crucial and avoidable in any
company.
In Thesis paper I will introduce you to ‘Poliex‘‘ company, its management team and
challenges they are facing. Doing research study on example of company ‘Poliex‘‘
Montenegro, Europe is very interesting because first of all, area where this company is
situated is still sensitive market, as through the history has survived three different country
formations and political regimes, as well as industry in which this company operates and
practises its main product, explosive, for military and civil needs.
I hope to through this paper define crucial factors that influence TMT decision making.
Are political situation and new market only challenges for this company or there is still
something else unpredictable
As this company sees its future investing in R&D and conquering new markets, I also
want to define tools to achieve sent goals and develop level of top team management. Need
of ‘Poliex‘‘ TMT is to bring inspiring, futuristic, global standard in company and in the
way of doing business but keep it realistic. In the end all challenges have left mark through
history on this market which is still in transit and ‘start up‘‘market.
Top management team is challenged by many factors that sometime are unpredictable,
which makes doing business in market such as Montenegro, not an easy task but possible!
