摘要

随着市场经济中竞争的加剧,人力资源在企业发展中的作用越来越重要。人力资源的科学

合理、精简髙效的配置,将会给企业带来巨大的经济效益,决定了企业的长远发展。各项人力

资源管理工作的基础性和起始性工作就是劳动定员配置,需要清楚地了解当前应该需要多少

人,需要怎样的人,才可以有针对性地配置。在企业中,劳动定员配置标准为解决现有人力资

源配置的问题提供合理性的依据,也为长远发展,需求预测提供可借鉴的根据。

本文以M火电企业为研究对象,结合科学的理论基础,釆用文献资料收集分析、员工访谈

和问卷调査等研究方法对劳动定员配置与需求预测现状进行了全面的分析,分析了企业在劳动

定员配置与需求预测工作中存在的问题,从实务操作方面进行粗浅的研究,提出了 M火电企业

相对可靠可操作性较强的劳动定员配置与需求预测的方法和具体步骤,避免由于人员数量不合

理而造成的人员浪费或由于超强度劳动而造成的人员过度疲劳。

本文研究的内容对M火电企业劳动定员配置与需求预测的问题改进有着一定的理论价值和

实际意义。

Abstract

Along with the intensifying of competition in the market economy, human resource

department is playing a more and more vital role in organizations. A highly scientific and

efficient human capital arrangement will obviously bring organization huge economic

benefits, and direct a long term growth of the organization. Personnel quota configuration

is the most basic and the most initial job of all the functions of human resource. It is

required to clearly understand how many people and what sort of people the organization

need at the moment. Thus could able to arrange human capital specifically. Personnel

quota configuration standard provide reasonable evidence to solve the issue of recent

human capital arrangement within the organization. Meanwhile, also provide reliable data

to the long term development and forecasting. This paper use M Power Plant as the case,

integrate scientific theory, journey article analysis, staff interview, and questionnaire etc. to

give a comprehensive analysis of the existing issues of personnel quota configuration and

needs forecasting. The paper concentrates on study from practical business and proposes a

relatively reliable and operational procedure of personnel quota configuration and needs

forecasting. Furthermore, avoiding human capital wastage or human capital overload due

to unreasonable staff number arrangement. The content of this paper is theoretically

valuable and practically meaningflil to Personnel quota configuration and needs forecasting

of M Power Plant.
