摘 要
城市商业银行是我国银行体系中的重要组成部分,在经济中发挥了重要作用,但
近年来却不断出现操作风险问题,严重阻碍了城市商业银行的发展。本文通过列举案
例分析了我国城市商业银行操作风险的特点,并根据其影响因素提出了政策建议。
文章第一部分为绪论,介绍了选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究综述以及本文的
研宄方法。第二部分是城市商业银行操作风险的理论基础,包括操作风险概念和理论
基础。第三部分通过列举案例分析了我国城市商业银行操作风险的特点。第四部分为
宁夏银行操作风险现状及存在问题。第五部分为宁夏银行操作风险的影响因素,即人
员因素、业务流程因素、技术因素、外部事件因素。第六部分为改进措施。第七章为
结论与展望。

ABSTRACT
City Commercial Bank is an important part of China's banking system, which has played
an important role in the economy,but in recent years operational risk issues has seriously
hindered the development of city commercial banks. This paper analyzes the characteristics
of the operation risk of City Commercial Bank in China through the list of cases, and
according to the influencing factors, this paper puts forward policy recommendations.
The first part is the introduction, introduces the topic background, research significance,
research at home and abroad and the research method. The second part is the basic theory of
city commercial bank operational risk,including operational risk concept and theory. The
third part through the list of cases to analyze the characteristics of the operation risk of City
Commercial Bank in china. The fourth part is the Ningxia bank operational risk status and
problems. The fifth part influence factors for Ningxia bank operational risk factors,namely,
business process factors, technical factors, external factors. The sixth part is the
improvement measures. The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
