在全球化一体的今天,市场竞争不断的加剧,各项成本逐渐上升的环境下,
iGarment公司将香港产品研发部搬到了上海,成功的降低了人员等各项成本,同时,
也带来了很多问题。iGarmerrt公司发现,公司的相关产品,市场占有率在不断的下降,
追其原因,显示新产品不论是在推出的周期上,还是产品的质量上,还是在产品的创
新程度上,都远远落后于竞争对手。新产品研发周期不断的拉长,开发成本持续上升,
导致了 iGarment公司竞争能力的下降,市场份额减少。如何改善当前落后的研发现状,
此时,iGarment公司选择了产品研发流程再造,希望通过研发流程再造,提升新产品
的开发效率,缩短新产品开发周期,降低研发成本,进一步提升iGarment公司市场竞
争力。
iGarment公司在分析现有新产品研发流程基础上,运用研发流程再造相关的理论,
对当前的研发流程和组织结构进行再造;通过流程再造,降低了新产品研发费用,缩
短了新产品开发周期,达到了快速开发市场需求新产品的目的,实现了企业内部各部
门协调发展,提高了新产品研发绩效,提高了企业竞争力。

ABSTRACT
In the globalization development today, the market competition unceasingly intensifies,
the cost rising environment, iGarment company will Hongkong product R&D Department
moved to Shanghai, succeeded in reducing the cost, personnel at the same time, it also
brings a lot of problems. iGarment company found, related products company, the market
share dropped over time, after its reason, display new products both at the launch of the
cycle, or the quality of the product, or the product innovation degree, all competitors far
behind. Stretch new product development cycle time, development costs continue to rise,
resulting in a decline in competitive ability of iGarment company, a shrinking share of the
market. How to improve the current development situation, backward at this time, iGarment
company chose the product development process reengineering, reengineering through hope
development process, improve the efficiency of product development, shorten the
development cycle of new products, reduce development costs, and further enhance the
market competitiveness of the company.
iGarment company on the basis of analyzing the new product development process
existing problems, the use of business process reengineering theory, reconstruction of the
development process and the organizational structure of the new products; through the
recycling process, reduce the costs of research and development of new products, shorten
new product development cycle, the development of new products to market needs, realize
the the various departments within the enterprise coordinated development, improve the
performance of new product development, improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
