摘要
本文以c银行和平支行的员工为例进行深入分析,在人的基本需求得到满足后根
据国外的相关激励理论,针对员工的内在需求和外在需求,及员工在不同时期有不同
需求,从员工的日常工作上建立相应的考核、薪酬、奖励、晋升等激励制度体系,并
把员工的激励保障措施运用于工作中,重物质激励的同时,把精神激励、荣誉激励等
与和谐的企业文化齐头并进,打造风清气正、和谐进取的企业文化,让员工感觉到银
行就是他的家,只有员工强,银行才能强;只有员工业务能力硬,银行才能在市场有
立足之地
一个好的激励制度从短期目标看,有助于c银行完成经营目标,从长远看为银行
降低成本、创造更大的利润,对银行的未来发展、抢占市场份额起到重要作用。本文
从激励理论的介绍出发,专题研究与分析c银行和平支行的激励机制存在的问题与不
足,找出问题的症结所在,总结出具体的激励制度优化方案和完善并设计出强有力的
激励的方法,把硬性措施转向软向管理,加强与员工间的沟通与交流,做到制定的激
励制度的结合员工的实际情况。好的激励制度才是管理的根基,深入挖掘员工的潜力
才是提升企业的核心竞争力

ABSTRACT
The article conduct in-depth analysis to employees C bank of HEPING branch as an
example, people's basic needs are met, according to the foreign theory of encouragement, the
internal demand and external demand for employees, and employees in different periods
have different needs from establish the appropriate assessment for the daily work of the
OTiployees, the incentive system of remuneration, reward, promotion employee incentive
safeguards applied work, heavy material incentives at the same time, inspired by the spirit,
honor incentives and harmonious corporate culture go hand in hand,to build Delicate gas is
harmonious and progressive corporate culture, to the staff felt the bank was home of himself,
the only bank to employees; only staff of bank operational capacity very well to have a
foothold in the market.
A good incentive system to look,from the short-term goals, it can helps C Bank
business objectives, reduce costs in the long run for the bank to create greater profits,the
Bank's future development, play an important role to seize market share. Starting from the
introduction of incentive theory,the existence of the problems and short comings of the
thematic research and analysis of C Bank HEPING branch incentives, identify problems
crux summed specific incentive system optimization program and improve the design of a
powerful incentive method, rigid measures turned to soft to management, strengthen
communication and exchange among employees, so the incentive system established by the
combination of the actual situation of the employees. Good incentive system is the
management of the foundation, depth dig the humble employees of potential is to enhance
the core competitiveness of enterprises.
