摘 要
随着我国加入WTO后金融市场开发节奏的加快以及外资银行等金融机构进
入市场,我国银行金融业将面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。同时,信息技术早
已成为支撑现代银行核心竞争力的灵魂。一切企业之间的竞争,归根结底都是
人才的竞争,目前,复合型和通才型IT人才已成为银行金融业竞相追逐的目标,
但是,专业而优秀的IT人才匮乏却是目前我国大多数银行开展可持续发展的软
肋。而且,经济市场的发展对于银行IT员工的职业生涯发展带来了巨大冲击和
机遇,甚至对于整个银行的正常运转及IT部门的日常运转造成了一定的影响
所以,银行IT员工作为典型的知识型人才,进行职业生涯管理显得具有极大的
现实意义
本文结合职业生涯管理理论,通过对A银行IT员工的职业生涯现状分析,结
合当前宏观经济形势发展对于银行IT员工职业生涯的影响,采取访谈以及问卷
调查等方式,对A银行IT员工职业生涯的现状进行评估,在此基础上,剖析A银
行IT部门员工职业生涯管理中所存在的问题,然后有针对性地提出A银行IT员工
职业生涯管理的优化设计建议。希望从进一步明确各层级组织在员工职业生涯
管理中的职责、拓展员工成长通道、形成良好的竞争型晋升制度、制定IT部门
员工职业生涯管理规划并确保落实、强化职业培训的力度、增强培训的针对性
和实用性、构筑科学的薪酬绩效考核体系等方面入手,进一步优化A银行IT员工
职业生涯发展现状,为银行业走科技发展之路提供坚实的人力资源支持
A银行IT员工的职业生涯管理是银行业员工职业生涯管理的缩影,既具有普
遍性,又具有特殊性。本文在研究过程中立足实际情况,针对IT员工职业生涯
管理的面临的问题,提出了拓展员工成长通道,制定具有针对性的IT员工职业
生涯管理规划等论点,在体现普遍性的同时,突出了个性化,希望以此提升本
文研究成果的针对性。但是由于所论述的方式是以A银行的特点为出发点,因此
论文成果存在一定的局限性,另外,受限于专业知识的积累和应用能力不足,
在研究的深度和广度上还有待于进一步改进

Abstract
With China's accession to the WTO to accelerate the pace of financial market
development and foreign banks and other financial institutions to enter the market,
banking and finance industry in China will be confronted with hitherto unknown
opportunities and challenges. At the same time, information technology has become
the core competitiveness of the soul of modern bank support. All the competition
between enterprises, in the final analysis is the competition of talents, at present,
composite and generalist IT talent has become the goal pursued by the financial
industry, however, the soft rib of professional and excellent IT talent shortage is most
banks of China's sustainable development. Moreover, the development of the market
economy has brought the huge impact and opportunities for bank IT employee
occupation career development, has had certain influence and even the bank's normal
operation and IT department daily operation. So, the bank IT staff as knowledge
talents were typical, occupation career management is of great practical significance.
In this paper, combined with the occupation career management theory, through
the analysis of occupation career status of A bank IT staff, combined with the current
macroeconomic situation for the development of bank IT employee occupation career,
take the interview and questionnaire survey method, to evaluate the status of A bank
IT employee occupation career, on this basis, analysis of A bank the IT department
employee occupation career management problems, and then put forward the
optimization proposal of A banks IT employee occupation career management. Hope
from further clear all levels of the organization in the occupation career management
responsibilities, expand employee growth channel, forming competitive good
promotion system, developed the IT department employee occupation career planning
and implement, strengthen the occupation training efforts, enhance training pertinence
and practicability, build a scientific salary performance appraisal system aspects, and
further optimize the development situation of IT employee occupation career A bank,
provides a solid human resources support for the banking industry to go the road of
scientific and technological development.
Occupation career management in A bank IT staff is a microcosm of the banking
employee occupation career management, not only has the universality and
particularity. In this paper based on the actual situation, aiming at the problems of ITIII
employee occupation career management, put forward to extend employee growth
channel, making IT employee occupation career management planning argument is
positive, embodied in general at the same time, highlight the individuality, hope to
promote the research. But because of the way is the characteristic of A bank as the
starting point, so the results of this paper have certain limitations, in addition, limited
to professional knowledge accumulation and the application ability is insufficient, the
depth and width of study remains to be further improved.
