实施资本运营战略才能缩小与国际先进企业差距,做大做强企业。
本文采用数据统计分析与定性分析结合、宏观研究与微观研究结合、对比
分析与归纳总结结合的方法,对研究企业资本运营进行了深度剖析。通过对企
业资本运营内外部环境分析,得出了四种选择策略,即:SO战略(增长性战
略)、ST (多种经营战略)、W0战略(扭转型战略)、和WT (防御性战略),
并对当前BS光电资本运可行性营进行了分析,提出了多个方面的对策建议,
为企业多角度、全方位评价选择资本运营策略提供了可行性建议。
论文具体分为五章,第一章为绪论;第二章为资木运营理论综述;第三章
为BS光电资本运营战略内外部环境分析;第四章为BS光电资本运营战略实
施建议;第五章为结论。

Research on the Capital Management of Sichuan BS

Abstract: Although,the capital operation has carried out hundreds of years

activities in the Western countries, the concept of “capital operation’’ is first

proposed by China's economic circles. Sichuan BS Optoelectronic Technology Co.,

Ltd., as the introduction of the electronic industry leading enterprises in Suining

City, is facing intense domestic and international competition of LED industry,

forcing which must implement a capital operation strategy,in order to narrow the

gap with the international advanced enterprises bigger and stronger enterprise.

In this paper, used some research methods , such as the statistical data analysis

and qualitative analysis of the combination of macro research and microscopic

studies combined,combining comparative analysis and induction summarize the

method , and in-depth analysis of the research enterprise capital operation .

Obtained through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the

enterprise capital operation , four options strategy are got: Growth strategy, variety

of business strategy , reversing strategy and defensive strategy, And analysis the

capital shipped feasibility camp conducted of the BS the photoelectric,put forward

several suggestions , to provide feasible suggestions for enterprise multi-angle,

all-round evaluation for choosing capital operation strategy.

This paper specifically divided into five chapters, the first chapter is an

introduction ; Chapter II is a summary of the theory of capital operation ; Chapter

III analysis for the BS the photoelectric capital operations strategy within the

external environment ; the ChapterIV taken for capital operations strategy

implementation recommendations of the BS the photoelectric ; fifth chapter is the

conclusion of this article .
