摘 要
经济时代中的市场竞争以人才竞争为主流。企业要保持持续发展的动力,就
必须解决人的问题。人是生产力要素中最积极、最活跃、最具主观能动性的因素,
也是一个现代化企业是否能够发展壮大的最为关键的因素。如何激励员工,使其
发挥各自的潜能,是每个企业都必须认真研究、认真探索、认真实践的永恒主题,
也是本文试图探讨的问题。

本文首先对选题背景和研究方法及思路进行阐述,运用内容原理和过程原理
两种激励理论,以 A 公司为例,对其人力资源管理基本情况、绩效考核和薪酬体
系的现状进行阐述,从调查 A 公司员工工作满意度入手,通过设计调查问卷,在
各类员工中抽取一定比例员工填写问卷,对问卷进行诊断、分析,总结 A 公司激
励机制存在的问题及产生原因分析。根据分析结论,从激励机制总设计思路、完
善 A 公司激励机制、激励策略、不同类别人员的激励对策四个方面研究探讨如何
激励员工,使其发挥各自潜能,寻找适合各类员工的激励对策,并以此重新设计
了 A 公司的薪酬方案和考核机制,完善了 A 公司激励机制方案。

本文旨在激活人力资源,提高人力资源管理团队素质和管理水平,为企业的
可持续发展、跨越式发展、转变经营方式创新发展奠定最根本性的坚实基础,从
而使企业赢得更强的市场竞争优势和创值能力。其研究成果,也希望能够被其他
有相似背景的公司的激励管理所借鉴,从而能对国有建筑企业激励机制的构建和
运行提供帮助,实现其经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract
In the era of economy, talent competition is the mainstream of market
competition.To maintain sustainable development power, enterprises must solve the
problem of talent, as it is not only the most active and subjective factor in productivity,
but also the most crucial factor to the development of modern enterprises. It is a eternal
theme for each enterprise to seriously study, explore and fulfill about how to motivate
employees to play their own potential. And this is also the problem to be discussed in
this thesis.
In this paper, research background, methodology and the train of thought will be
elaborated first. Taking company A as an example, its basic human resource
management and current performance evaluation and salary system will be elaborated
from the angle of two incentive theories - Content Principle and Process Principle.
Starting from employee satisfaction survey, the thesis will design a questionnaire and
extract of a certain proportion of employees to fill it, and then diagnose, analyze and
sum up the the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of company A. Based
on this analysis results, how to motivate employees to play their potential and how to
find out proper employee incentive measures will be explored from the four aspects of
the overall design thought of incentive mechanism, incentive mechanism’s bettering,
incentive strategy’s bettering, and different employee incentive measures, so as to
redesign its compensation plan and assessment mechanism, and perfect its incentive
mechanism scheme .
This paper aims to activate human resources and improve its team quality and
management level to lay the most fundamental solid foundation for the sustainable and
leapfrog development, and the change of management mode of enterprises, so that they
can gain a stronger market competition advantage and capacity of creating value.The
results of their research are also hoped to be borrowed by the incentive management of
companies with similar background for reference, and thus able to offer help to the
construction and operation of incentive mechanism in state-owned construction
enterprises, to achieve their economic and social benefits.
