摘 要
随着世界经济一体化进程的加快，现代战争形态发生变化，军事行动领
域不断拓展，社会各个领域与军事的联系日益广泛，国防建设从社会其他领
域吸收知识、技术、人才等资源的渠道越来越多，国防和军队转型又反作用
于经济建设，促进经济发展。作为资源投入少、产出效益高的国防发展模式，
“军民融合”已成为全球性的发展大势，军民科技资源互补和军民一体化成
为了世界各国发展军事技术的主要做法，军用技术和民用技术、军用产业和
民用产业相辅相成、互动发展，形成了强大的“保军”实力和全球竞争优势，
军民融合式发展是当代国防发展战略的必然选择，也是现阶段国家安全战略、
发展战略和军事战略需要解决的重要问题。身处这样的环境，国有军工企业
该如何把握机会，谋求快速发展势在必行。
本文通过对国内外军民融合发展历程及现状的研究，以及国内军工企业
面临的发展环境分析，结合 DDA 公司的优势和发展现状确立了其未来的发
展方向。文中通过对 DDA 公司面临的外部环境分析，确定其未来发展所面
对的机会和威胁。然后，通过对 DDA 公司的内部要素分析，借助 SWOT 矩
阵，确定出 DDA 公司应充分利用的外部机会以及自身优势，在有效规避企
业竞争劣势与外部威胁后形成企业的核心竞争力。之后对 DDA 公司未来的
业务做出明确规划，最后结合 DDA 公司内部因素与外部环境的分析结论，
得出最适合 DDA 公司未来十年发展应采用的集中差异化战略。
