摘要
随着经济的迅猛发展,人力资源已经成为企业的重要资源,对民
营企业而言更是如此。在我国,如何培养专业管理人才和高技能人才,
如何留住人才、减少人力资源绩效管理成本等,已成为我国民营企业
发展的一个现实课题。
东怡房地产公司成立于2000年,主要从事房地产的投资开发,
经营施工。具有国家建设部房地产开发资质,是湖南省房地产行业的
佼佼者。公司已成功地开发建设了“东一国际商业广场”、“南湖一号”
商住综合体项目。本文结合自己从事人力资源管理工作的实际情况,
从战略的角度出发,对东怡房地产公司的绩效管理进行了具体的研
究,综合运用平衡计分卡,目标管理,关键绩效指标评估方法和绩效
管理方式,层层分解战略目标的企业,每个岗位,实施员工绩效管理
设备系统和发展科学有效的绩效管理方案,以实现企业的战略发展目
标,建立一个核心的专业技术和管理高效的团队,使企业成为竞争优
势的行业领导者。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid economic development, human resources has become
an important resource of enterprises, especially private enterprises.
Management professionals and highly skilled personnel in our country,
how to train, how to retain talent to reduce the cost of human resources
performance management, and the development of private enterprises in
China has become a realistic subject.
Parkview real estate company founded in 2000, is mainly engaged
in real estate investment and development business construction.
Qualified real estate development with the Ministry of Construction, is a
leader in the real estate industry in Hunan province. The company has
succeeded in the development and construction of the East International
Commercial Plaza, Nanhu One residential and commercial complex
project. In this paper, the actual situation of their own work in human
resources management from a strategic perspective, specific research
