摘 要
近几年国内汽车市场产销两旺,对汽车金融服务的需求日趋强烈。其在国内兴起和发
展的时间虽然不长,但已经被认为是整合汽车产业,提高汽车制造集团整体竞争力的重要
手段。大力发展汽车金融服务产业已经成为指导我国汽车产业实现科学发展的最佳战略选
择之一。
本文选择从大众汽车金融公司在我国的汽车金融业务发展这一微观主体的角度进行
有关探讨。在对相关理论基础进行综述,明确汽车金融企业的概念内涵的基础上,分析了
我国汽车金融服务业发展现状和存在问题,研究总结发达国家汽车金融服务企业成功发展
经验,使用 PEST 分析法、SWOT 分析等战略工具,对大众汽车金融公司在发展中遇到的困
境,包括:业务经营地域、贷款利率、服务功能、信用体系不健全、资金来源等方面进行
分析,从发挥汽车金融服务企业对产业链的拉动作用着眼,提出整合汽车金融服务企业外
部环境因素和自身条件,联通汽车金融服务产业链各个环节,为汽车金融企业的可持续发
展提供了一个思路,分析和总结相对关键和重要的影响因素,确立最终的战略目标,整体
设计大众汽车金融公司的发展战略,即打造金融品牌,支持产业发展;满足消费者金融服
务需求,提升金融渗透率;服务多元化,满足经销商需求;打造顶尖团队,争做最佳雇主;
为了服务于公司战略,在企业自身层面则要拓展融资方式、增加业务规模、完善风控手段、
积极推进电子化建设、尝试创新业务模式、建立安全快捷的贷款业务管理和操作机制、合
理选择贷款发放对象、建议与银行的战略合作关系等措施。
希望本文对汽车金融服务行业的研究和发展做出一些贡献。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the booming sales in the domestic auto market, more demands for the
automobile financial service are needed. The domestic development period for financial service
is not long, but it has been considered to be an important means to integrate the automobile
industry and improve the overall competitiveness. Developing the financial services industry has
become one of the best strategic choices for guiding China's auto industry to achieve rapid
development.
This article discusses the auto financial business development in the point of view of
Volkswagen automobile finance company in China. Based on the relevant theory and concept, it
analyzes the development status of automobile financial service in China and the existing
problems, researches and summarizes the successful development experiences in developed
countries, by using of SWOT and PEST analysis tools, it analyses including business area, loan
interest rates, services, un-well credit system and funds problem pointing at the difficulties for
Volkswagen automobile finance company. In the review of the leading role for the automobile
financial service enterprises to the industrial chain, this article makes the point of combining of
external environment and their own conditions and integrating the industry chains for the
automobile financial service companies, providing a way for sustainable development of auto
finance business; it also analyses and summarizes the relative important influences, establishes
final strategic goals, designs the development strategies for Volkswagen automobile finance
company, including to build the financial brand, support the industrial development, meet the
needs of consumers and distributors, improve financial services and permeability, build the best
team and employers; The article emphasizes some important measures for achieving the
company strategy, which are to add the financing methods, expand the business scale, improve
the risk control measures, actively promote the electronic construction, try the innovative
business model, build a safe and quick loan business mechanism, select the reasonable loan
object, and build a strategic cooperative relationship with banks.
Hope that this article has the time effectiveness and practical influence on the automobile finance
service industry.
