本文以A酒店机电工程项目质量管理为研究对象,运用质量管理的相关知识
和理论,根据项目实际特点,对该项目实施过程中质量管理的方法进行了系统、
深入的分析。该项目机电工程涉及所有子系统,专业全面、技术要求高、协调单
位众多,增加了项目的实施及质量管理的难度。为保证项目的顺利进行,实现质
量目标,需建立科学、合理的质量管理方案,论文将结合项目管理的系统理论,
首先了解项目背景和特点,分析影响质量的多方面因素,根据项目实施过程,从
项目的质量计划、质量保证、质量控制三个方面进行研究和论述。在质量计划中,
确定质量目标及主要岗位的质量责任,制定各阶段施工进度控制点;在质量保证
中,建立质量保证体系和管理机构,对资源要素、劳动力、施工技术、材料及工
艺等方面提出具体的质量保证措施;在质量控制中,编制质量控制结构图,进行
质量控制目标分解,选择质量控制点并提出控制措施,最后对施工过程质量控制
内容进行详细叙述。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of economy and the fierce competition of the
construction market, more precise and stringent control on quality, schedule and cost are
required in construction engineering. The construction enterprises must improve quality
of project operation and management skills according to the theory of project
management. Under the background of improving the quality of life and intelligent
requirements, the role of M&E engineering is becoming more and more important as a
part of the constrictions engineering,. M&E engineering includes equipment installation,
EL, PD,HVAC, intelligent systems and other professional. The merits of M&E
engineering quality will directly affect the construction period,investment, quality,
safety and function. Therefore, the engineering quality and construction safety can only
be ensured by a combination of well-established quality management system, detailed
construction plan, higher level of management and construction technology, scientific
management, and overall coordination.
This thesis is based on a hotel M&E engineering project quality management. The
objective of this research is to systematically and deeply analyze the quality
management methods during the implementation of this project by using the related
knowledge and theory of quality management. The M&E engineering in this project
involves all subsystems. It is professional, comprehensive, requiring high technology
and numerous comprehensive coordination units, which increased the difficulty of the
implementation of the project and quality management. A scientific and reasonable
quality management plan must be established to ensure the smooth progress of this
project and achieve the quality goals. Considering the theory of project management
system, we must firstly understand the project background and analyze the
characteristics of various factors affecting the quality. According to the project
implementation process, three aspects are studied and discussed: the project quality plan,
quality assurance, and quality control. In the quality plan, ensuring the quality of the
quality target and main job responsibilities was ensured, and each stage of construction
progress control points was made. In quality assurance, a quality assurance system and
management mechanism was established, the resources, labor, construction technology,
material and technology aspects of specific quality assurance measures were proposed.
In quality control,preparation of quality control charts, quality control taiget
decomposition, selection of quality control points and control measures were proposed,
and finally described the content of the construction process quality control in details
