摘要
随着我国的改革开放、社会的进步和经济的发展,人员流动规模不断扩
大,各种旅馆数量急剧增加,其中经济型旅馆发展很快。釆用计算机来帮助酒店
业主进行酒店管理己成为酒店业发展的趋势。开发经济型酒店管理系统对旅游业
的发展有深远的意义。

本系统是针对经济型酒店而丧计的酒店信息管理系统,系统支持在线房间预
订功能,使得酒店可以拓展其在线业务市场,同时也实现了对酒店经营信息的管
理和维护,从而提高酒店经营管理的效率,提高其在同业中的竞争力。

本系统采用软件工程思想对经济型酒店管理系统进行了分析、设计与实现。

系统采用框架,提高了系统开发的效率。数据库采用MS SQLServer数据库,
MS SQLServer数据库是中小型数据库,适合经济型酒店管理系统。采用Visual
Basic6.0语言作为系统开发语言。VB语言是目前较为流行的语言。系统与数据
库的连接采用ODBC驱动。

采用经济型酒店管理系统后,极大方便了酒店的业务和管理工作,该管理系
统对业务信息进行存储、处理、统计与管理,取代手工处理业务,提高了业务处
理与日常管理的效率,对酒店业的发展有现实意义。

Abstract
Mth our country's reform and opening up, the progress of the society and
economy development, number of all kinds of hotels has increased dramatically. The
economic hotels develop quickly. Using computers to help hotel owners to manage
hotels has become the trend of the hotel industry. The development of economic hotel
management system has a profound significance to the development of tourism.
This dissertation discusses the design of the economic hotel management system,
which supports online room booking, as well as realizes the management and
maintenance of hotel information. Use of the system expands hotel's online business
market, improves the efficiency of the hotel operation and management,also
improves their competitiveness in the trade.
This dissertation uses the software engineering ideas to analyze, design and
implement the economic hotel management system. The system takes advantage of
the framework, improving the efficiency of the system development. The
system uses the MS SQLServer database which is medium-sized and suitable for
economic hotel management system. The development language is Visual Basic 6.0
which is currently more popular language. And ODBC driver is used to connect the
system to the database.
Use of the economic hotel management system can greatly improve the hotel's
business and management. The system changes the storage,processing, statistics and
management of the business information, replaces the manual processing business,
improves the efficiency of the business process and daily management. The use of
economic hotel management system has a realistic significance to the development of
hotel industry.

第一章绪论
随着我国的改革幵放、社会的进步和经济的发展,人员流动规模不断扩大,
各种旅馆数量急剧增加,其中经济型旅馆发展很快。经济型旅馆又称为有限服务
酒店,其最大的特点是房价便宜,其服务模式为“B&B”(住宿+早餐)。最早出
现在上个世纪50年代的美国,如今在欧美国家已是相当成熟的酒店形式。

1.1研究背景与意义
经济型酒店,源于美国,著名的品牌有Holiday Inn、Ramada Inn、Amerisuites
等。这类酒店大部分位于城市边缘、高速公路两旁,15分钟车程范围内,有餐馆、
购物中心、加油站或社区等。这类酒店的硬件设施简洁明了,每间房间的面积在
30平方米左右,很宽敞,均是大床,一般分吸烟房和无烟房,房间干净整洁,硬
件设施保养得很好而且有效,可以和国内三四星级酒店娘美,规模和硬件高于汽
车旅馆Motel。大堂很小,有一个小的休息区和一个提供早餐的咖啡厅。

随着业务量的增加,有关订房的各种信息量也在呈指数的增长。面对这些大 ‘
的信息量,如果使用传统人工的方式管理,存在效率低、保密性差,而且随着经
营时间的推移,将产生大量的数据,这对于数据的管理和维护都带来了许多困难。

旅馆管理模式的改进与管理水平的提高必须要通过信息化管理的途径才能实现。

随着信息化的不断推进,就需要有高效、实用的旅馆管理系统来提高旅馆管理工
作的效率。将信息化引入到旅馆庞管理系统当中,无疑对旅馆的服务水平更上一
层楼提供了一种有力的支持。

因此,将互联网技术与旅馆管理结合,可以实现有效降低成本,较大提高经
济效益。

1. 2酒店信息管理方面发展状况
经济型酒店(Budget Hotel)的概念产生于上世纪80年代的美国,近几年才
在中国出现。经济型酒店的特点之一是功能简化,它把服务功能集中在住宿上,
力求在该核心服务上精益求精,而把餐饮、购物、娱乐功能大大压缩、简化、甚
至不设,投入的运营成本大幅降低。
