摘要
随着人民生活水平不断提高和工业技术的不断进步,中国食品加工业出现
了空前的繁荣与兴旺。2011年,全国食品工业增长较快,规模继续扩大,效
益有所提高,市场供应丰富,全国食品工业总产值将达到7. 8万亿元。据专家
预测,到2015年我国食品工业总产值将达12. 7万亿元,利税达到1. 6万亿元。

民以食为天,食品加工业是永远的朝阳产业《 “十二五”时期将是我国食品加
工业发展的战略机遇期,既面临持续较快发展的重大机遇,也面临转变增长方
式、调整产业结构、保证食品安全的重大挑战和压力。近些年食品行业的恶性
质量事件屡屡发生,不断的将食品安全问题推向社会关注的焦点。苏丹红、敌
敌畏火腿、三聚氰胺等事件使得食品行业的品牌变得非常脆弱,打破了品牌发
展的常规模式。中国作为正在崛起的发展中大国,中国食品加工业的发展和壮
大事关国计民生,食品品牌的生存发展也事关民族的兴旺发达。中国食品加工
企业必须在国内外市场直面发达国家先迸食品加工企业的挑战,相比之下国内
食品加工企业竞争实力相对较弱,反映了中国食品加工企业还有很长的路要
走。本文运用战略管理理论对中国食品加工企业的外部因素和食品加工企业产
业链进行分析,指出了中国食品加工企业在企业战略上的缺失。最后结合山西
DJ食品有限公司的现状,使用波特五力分析模型、SWOT分析法等,系统地阐
述了山西DJ食品有限公司在市场竞争中企业制定和实施战略管理的理论、方
法及实践。其中包括战略分析、战略方案的产生和选择,同时也涉及到战略实
施中的组织结构及管理体制,受时间和篇幅所限,本论文研究重点放在企业战
略管理的战略分析、战略方案的产生和选择方面。该论文的结论对于食品加工

企业具有一定的借鉴意义,虽然中国食品加工企业所面临的大的市场竞争环境
相同,但由于每个企业的内部管理环境有所差异,所以对于食品加工企业来说
应该结合本企业实际情况,加以分析和研究后进行实际应用。论文的研究结论
对于中国食品企业长期战略发展决策,应对国外食品企处的产品竞争挑战,具
有一定的现实意义。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous improvement of people&39;s living standards and industrial
technology continues to progress, Chinese food processing industry has
experienced unprecedented prosperity and thriving. In 2011,the national food
industry grew rapidly, continued to expand, increased efficiency, market supply
abundant, the national food industry output will reach 7.8 trillion yuan. Experts
predict that by 2015, China&39;s food industry output will reach 12.7 trillion yuan,
profits and taxes reached 1.6 trillion yuan. Hunger breeds, food processing industry
is a sunrise industry forever. Twelve Five period will be the development of
China&39;s food processing industry of strategic opportunities, is facing a major
opportunity for sustained and rapid development, but also face change the growth
mode, adjust the industrial structure, to ensure food safety, the major challenges
and pressures. The quality of the food industry in recent years has occurred
frequently vicious, food safety issues will continue to push the focus of
attention-Sudan, dichlorvos ham, melamine and other events making the food
industry, the brand has become very fragile, breaking the brand development of the
normal mode. China is emerging as a big developing country, China&39;s food
processing industry is related to the development and growth of people&39;s livelihood,
food brands are also a matter of survival and development of the nation&39;s
prosperity.Chinese food processing enterprises in the domestic market must be
developed advanced food processing enterprises face the challenge, compared to
the domestic food processing enterprise competitive strength is relatively weak,
reflecting the Chinese food processing companies still have a long way to go. In
this paper, the theory of strategic management of Chinese enterprises and
processing enterprises in which the macro environment and food processing
enterprises chain analysis, pointing out Chinese food processing enterprises in the
corporate strategy is missing.Finally, DJ Food Co., Ltd., Shanxi status, use Porter&39;s
five forces model, SWOT analysis method, systematically expounded Shanxi DJ
Food Co. enterprises in market competition to develop and implement strategic
management theories, methods and practices. Including strategic analysis, strategic
program generation and selection, but also related to implementation of the strategy
in the organizational structure and management system, subject to time and space
limitations, this research focuses on strategic management strategic analysis,
strategic program generation and choice.The conclusions of the paper for the food
processing enterprises have a certain significance, although the Chinese food
processing enterprises are facing the same big market competition environment, but
due to the internal management of each enterprise environment is different, so for
food processing enterprises should combined with the actual situation of enterprises
to be analyzed and studied for practical application. Thesis concluded long-term
strategy for the Chinese food industry development decisions, deal with foreign
food company&39;s products competitive challenges, has a certain practical
significance.
