摘 要
战略是把企业置于一种体系化的生存状态中,在中国市场现时的变化趋势下,
没有战略的生存等同于过把瘾就死,实现生存与战略的对接是中小企业的当务之
急。建立一个清晰的战略,即从长远的角度来考虑建立企业的竞争优势,在目标
市场上有明确的定位,知道做哪些事情我比其他企业强,能发挥出自己的优势,
能成为某个行业高端的企业。有了好的战略,事半功倍;没有好的战略,埋头苦
干的结果是事倍功半。运用科学与规范的方法,制定企业长远的发展战略,是企
业生存所必须具备的重要条件。鉴于酒精工业集团发展的现状,本文选择吉林酒
精工业集团的公司战略规划与实施对策研究作为研究对象,旨在结合吉林酒精工
业集团的总体发展战略,对吉林酒精工业集团未来发展进行系统的研究,探讨如
何结合吉林省发展实际,制定与解决方案的设计实施,并对企业未来的战略规划
与方案设计及实施方面提出指导性建议,从而为助推吉林省酒精产业发展,为企
业整体战略的达成提供强有力的支撑。本文共有六章。

第 1 章是绪论。提出吉林酒精工业集团在当前全国及我省酒精行业发展中所
处位置以及如何制定企业发展的战略规划与实施研究的背景与意义。提出研究目
标,主要内容与方法。

第 2 章对战略规划的相关理论基础进行阐述。在概述战略、企业战略以及战
略管理的基本概念的基础上,分析了企业战略的三个层次,企业战略三种类型以
及企业战略的基本内容,同时还对企业战略管理理论发展进行概述。

第 3 章是对吉林酒精工业集团的基本情况以及内外部环境分析。对吉林酒精
工业集团进行分析式介绍,明确公司的发展现状及发展潜力;以此为基础,对吉
林酒精工业集团内外部环境进行战略决策分析,主要包括企业所面对的宏观环境
分析、企业所处的行业发展分析以及企业发展的 SWOT 分析。

第 4 章是对吉林酒精工业集团的发展战略的规划以及决策分析,在上文的研
究基础之上,确立了吉林酒精工业集团的企业使命、发展思路、以及战略企业战
略定位和企业为之奋斗的总体战略目标。

第 5 章是对吉林酒精工业集团有限公司的战略实施进行分析和规划。为了实
现企业的使命和战略目标,吉林酒精工业集团应该从加快生产技术升级改造与技
术创新、
多元发展形成产业链、整合资源发挥综合优势、拓宽融资渠道创新融资模式、充
分发挥软实力优势等五个方面进行努力。

第 6 章是结论。对论文的研究内容进行总结以及本文研究不足。

Research on the Development Strategy of
Jilin Alcohol Industry Group
Abstract
Strategy is the enterprise put in a kind of systematic existence, under the current
trends in the Chinese market, there is no survival is equivalent to the strategy of die, for
the connection of survival and the strategy is the priority of small and medium-sized
enterprises. Establishing a clear strategy, that is, from the perspective of long term
considering the enterprise the competitive advantage, there is a clear positioning in the
target market, know what kind of things do better than other companies, I can play their
own advantages, to become an industry high-end enterprises. Have a good strategy, get
twice the result with half the effort; Without a good strategy, the result of the hard work
is wasted effort. Using scientific and normative method, make enterprise long-term
development strategy, is the enterprise survival must have the important condition. In
view of the present situation of the development of alcohol industry group, this paper
choose the alcohol industry group company strategic planning and implementation
countermeasure research as the research object, aimed at combining alcohol industry
group co., LTD. Jilin province&39;s overall development strategy, industrial group co.,
LTD., the future development of Jilin province alcohol system research, discusses how
to according to the development of Jilin province, on the design and the design and
implementation of the solution and the future of the enterprise&39;s strategic planning and

work.
Chapter 6 is the conclusion. The paper summarized the research contents of and
insufficient research in this paper.
