摘要
进入21世纪后,国际产业转移进入到一个全新时代。尤其是近年来随着中国
劳动力成本不断上升,人民币持续升值以及原汕价格不断攀升,中国是否能继续
保持制造行业的优势以及想要成为持续增长性的公司越来越成为挑战性话题。同
时,技术壁垒门槛对于制造型行业的下降,使外包型行业甄选出相匹配的合作供
应商就显得尤为重要。本文围绕这种国际化产业转移的背景,在L公司外包制造
业成本显著上升的大前提下对全球热点国家和地区进行系统科学地分析,选择与
之战略相匹配的外包供应商
论文首先运用战略管理理论中的多种工具及SWOT分析方法对L公司内外部环
境对比分析得出其核心竞争力;其次,将几个热点国家和地区,即马来西亚、中
国(东莞和重庆)、泰国、菲律宾、越南、印度、印尼、波兰和墨西哥的优劣势通
过官方和权威网站发布的数据,根据不同评估项与权重按照逐级百分法得出各国
不同的最终得分。从研究数据看,马来西亚、泰国、墨西哥和波兰将会是L公司
继中国之后下一个目标外包供应商;最后,通过对各潜在供应商所在国家和地区
进行具体评估项的定量分析,使L公司对世界范围内热门外包供应商的优、劣势
与发展潜力有一个全面清晰认识,为L公司长期外包战略打下坚实基础
以往外包战略研究对象主要基于承担外包业务的中国本土企业之间的横向比
较,而本论文研究主体则是外包业务在中国的跨国公司,对跨国公司潜在的投资
地区进行纵向比较和研究,对此类跨国公司长期外包战略及如何选择与之战略相
匹配的外包供应商有积极的参考意义。本论文以外资跨国公司为视角,站在全球
高度立足于外包供应商的选择和生产外包战略转型分析,研究过程与结论对以中
国为制造基地的跨国公司具有实际借鉴性和参考性,并为外资跨国公司生产外包
战略转型提供数据支持和参考。除此之外,本论文的研究对中国附加值较低的制
造行业如何全面清晰地认识身在竞争浪潮中的不足加以提高,如何持续保持口
身竞争优势有一定帮助,对屮国外包制造业的转型与升级起着积极的引导作用

fer becomes very popular once it comes to the age of
2000. During the past few years, more factors are becoming worse and worse for China
manufacturing industry, e.g., labor cost rises, Chinese Yuan keeps appreciating again
U.S dollar and crude oil still on the peak level, etc. It is no doubt that the cost
advantage of China manufacturing is lost. There is a hot topic that how to keep
competitive company for China manufacturing. At the same time, manufacturing
industry in other region is becoming mature. Every company is studying how to select
right capable supplier. The outsourcing supplier's cost of L company increases
dramatically. Under this environment we started to think out how to improve.
The research method includes the reference of theory as well as accumulated
experience from work. First of all, it introduces internal and external economic
environment of L company and work out the core competitiveness and potential
sourcing strategy; Secondly,the thesis compares the cost,ability to exccutc and risk in
the potential outsourcing countries which lists Malaysia, China( Dongguan and
Chongqing), Thailand,Philippines, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Mcxico and Poland. The
comparison result is based on designed data matrix,while data source comcs (rom
professional website. Finally we gel the conclusion the target outsourcing supplier of L
Company is Malaysia, Thailand, Mcxico or Poland besides o「China.
This thesis provides a good understanding of hot outsourcing region, including
advantages and weakness, also provides a vision for L Company to design long term
outsourcing strategies based on quantified analysis result. Previous research almost is
based on China local company to analyze out sourcing strategy, but this thesis is from
the viewpoint of global manufacturing. The process of research and conclusion is
helpful and valuable for all foreign companies which manufactured in China. And
Chinese local companies can also learn how to improve for long-term development
from this thesis.
