摘 要
“十二五”期间,大力发展智能电网被提到国家战略,作为其关键组成部分,电池
储能设备将会被大规模应用。电池储能站的发展将会取代原有的抽水蓄能电站。但是,
目前我国电池储能技术刚刚起步,作为国内第一批制造锂电池储能自动化产品的企业
——北京四方公司,在管理、研发、生产和经营等方面仍然存在许多问题。那么,如何
把握机会,扩大领先优势,就成为决策者所面临的重大课题。

首先,本文阐述了论文的研究背景,并对战略理论及电网储能的研究现状进行了回
顾和总结。然后,分别对四方公司储能业务竞争领域的宏观环境、中观环境和微观环境
进行了分析:通过 PEST 分析方法分析了在宏观环境中,四方公司面临的机遇和威胁;
通过波特五力模型和战略集团模型,分析了储能业务面临的竞争环境。进而,用市场检
测法和竞争者态势分析,比较了四方公司和本行业其它优秀企业在资源方面的差别,得
到了四方公司内部资源和能力的优势和劣势。在对四方公司产品用波士顿矩阵分析的基
础上,用竞争战略罗盘确定了公司储能业务的战略目标,并以该目标为依据,用 POWER
SWOT 方法对公司储能业务的战略进行分析,然后在“战略钟”竞争战略体系中得出了
公司在该业务方面的基本竞争战略。最后,本文提出了对该业务竞争战略实施的组织结
构和资源配置,并用 4R 战略实施系统,保证了储能业务的竞争战略实施。另外,通过
战略控制方式选择矩阵分析,选择了适合四方公司的战略控制方式,并给出一些建议。

通过对四方公司储能业务竞争的宏观、中观和微观环境的分析,本文认为四方公司
储能业务的竞争战略应该是采用市场渗透型的增长战略与横向一体化相结合的战略,在
发展到一定阶段之后,考虑采取储能业务相关多元化战略。四方公司对储能业务的基本
竞争战略可以采取集中差别化战略。

本文力求为四方公司明确储能业务的竞争思路,希望能对该业务更好的发展提供有
益的参考和启示。

Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, the development of the smart grid is to the national
strategy, as the key part of the smart grid, battery energy storage will be a large-scale
application. Battery energy storage station development will gradually replace the pumped
storage power station. But at present our country battery energy storage technology has just
begun, as the first batch of domestic manufacturing lithium battery energy storage
products——BEIJING SIFANG corporation, there are still many problems in the
management, research and development, production and management. So, how to grasp the
opportunity, expand the leading edge, has become a major issue to CEOs.
In this article, the surrounding of research will be put out first. Then we will sum up the
research about strategy and grid energy storage. We analysis the chances and threatens in the
macroscopical environment through PEST analysis, we use Five Strength Model and Strategy
Group to analyse the competition environmental of the electrical energy storage service , and
we also compare SIFANG corporation and one-up corporations to sum up the competition
strategy&39;s advantages and disadvantages. Using Boston Matrix and Competition Strategy Wheel,
we conclude SIFANG corporation&39;s strategy goal, and then we analyse the service &39;s whole
strategy with POWER SWOT analysis, and basic competetion strategy with Strategic Clock
Model. At last, 4R Strategy Implement System will be used to assure the strategy to be
brought into effect, and then we give some advices on strategy control.
Through the analysis about SIFANG corporation&39;s macroscopical, middling, and
microcosmic environmental, we conclude that, the global strategy for the electrical energy
storage service of SIFANG corporation should be the combination of market infiltration and
transverse integration Strategy. And then, if SIFANG corporation is strong enough, the
Diversification Strategy can be taken into account. As for the basic competition strategy,
Focused Differentiation Strategy will be proper for the electrical energy storage service.
This article gives the line of BEIJING SIFANG CO.LTD. competitive strategy of the
electrical energy storage service, and we hope that it will be helpful.
