摘要
随着经济的发展和世界经济的円益全球化,中国开始加快了国际化进程,社会就业
结构和劳动力结构需求不断改变,创业活动越来越成为我国经济发展的强劲动力。中小
企业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,为社会提供了大量的就业机会,社会各界对其成长
和发展开始广泛关注和研究。“创业”这个概念进入人们的视野当中,开始成为一个热
门话题。然而,根据舒尔茨的人力资本理论,人在各种资源中起着决定作用。在对创业
成功有影响的所有多种因素中,创业者个人素质是最为关键的因素。有研究表明,创业
者个人素质是成功创业重要的个性化特征,不具备一定的素质就盲目创业,往往可能会
导致很高的失败率。

本文从创业研究的关键要素着手,先综述创业者素质的概念,然后探讨创业者创业
成功的必备素质,分析成功创业者所应具有的核心素质,并期望找到这些个人素质与创
业者创业成功之间的关系。通过大量文献调研,并对相关创业企业家及曾经创业过的创
业者进行了访谈,将访谈记录成案例,并对案例进行了分析,深入研究创业者个人素质
与创业成功之间的内在联系。最后,通过案例分析实证成功创业者的个人素质是具有共
性的,发现这些共性具有五个理论内涵,并以此提出进一步的理论研究方向。

本文采用文献研究与案例研究相结合的方法,对成功创业者所应具有的核心素质进
行了归纳。本文不仅对正在创业的创业者个人素质继续培养具有实践指导意义;而且对
正在接受教育、特别是期望将来自主创业及正计划创业的大学生提供发现创业潜能的理
论依据;本文研究成果还能应用于企业家素质培训开发。本文的研究成果对风投(Venture
Capital)应选择什么样的企业进行投资,对合理分配和利用有限社会资源也能提供参考
依据。

Abstract
With the deepening of reform and opening up as well as the increasing globalization of
the world economy, China has accelerated the process of internationalization. Along with the
employment structure and labor structure changing, entrepreneurial activity has increasingly
become a strong driving force for China&39;s economic development. As an important part of the
national economy, Small and Medium-size Enterprise (SMEs) provide a lot of jobs, the
growth and development arouse wide attention and research from the all sectors of the society.
The concept of entrepreneurship is coming into view as a hot topic. However, according to
Schultz&39;s human capital theory, human factors play a decisive role in all variety of resources.
The personal qualities of the entrepreneur are the most crucial elements influencing
entrepreneurial success. Studies have shown that the personal qualities is the most important
personality characteristics for successful entrepreneur, and the venture without certain
qualities often may lead to a high failure rate.
This article aims to analyze the common personal qualities of successful entrepreneurs
should have, based on the research of entrepreneurship key elements, to find the relationship
between the personal qualities and entrepreneur success. Through a lot of literature research,
interviewing successful entrepreneurs and losers who had ever pioneered, and recorded the
interviewing as cases,author did analysis on these cases. This article have a in-depth study on
the intrinsic link between the personal qualities and entrepreneurial success, to find
entrepreneurial potential theoretical basis for the entrepreneurs or potential entrepreneurs,
furthermore to propose for the college students that what personal qualities should be
cultivated in personal career planning, in order to improve the success rate of
entrepreneurship. Finally with the empirical case analysis, it&39;s verified that the personal
qualities play a decisive role in the entrepreneurial success, and further theoretical research
direction is proposed.
In this article, combining the theory inheritance and practice innovation, normative
research and case studies, the core qualities of successful entrepreneurs are summarized. This
study results have practical significance for the entrepreneur to foster their personal qualities,
but also has certain reference value for the college students being educated, in particular those
expecting or planning their own business in the future. The results of this study also can
provide a reference for the venture capitalists which type of the entrepreneurs should be
chosen to invest for rational allocation and utilization of limited social resources.
