在体育用品行业飞速发展的今天,国内外知名品牌体育用品争先抢占中国市
场,以前曾经默默无闻的国内体育用品生产厂家也逐渐发展壮大。在激烈的市场
竞争中,谁最先搭建完整而高效的供应链,谁就最可能在市场中占得先机。而如
何保证供应商按时、按质、按量生产出符合销售要求的产品是一个值得研究的课
题。

本文前半部分论述了供应链的概念和重要影响因素,以供应链整合为中心系
统论述了如何通过不同的工具和手段分层次的建立与供应商的协作关系。同时对
CPFR 方法和 SCOR 方法在抑制牛鞭效应和减少产品提前期的应用上做出了论述。

本文后半部分以企业实践为基础,从实际应用的角度对供应链管理中的供应
商管理部分,即供应商管理模式和合作模式提供改进方案。提出了供应链质量风
险的的规避办法。对供应链的流程管理和质量管理、体系审核、业绩评价进行分
析。同时对本公司内部的供应链流程改进、CPFR 应用和 SCOR 应用进行了论述,
对如何整合国内供应商与我公司 IT 平台问题进行了综合论述。在实证研究部分,
本文主要对供应商的供应链能力评估进行了分析,包括 HRP 审核、过程能力审核、
质量审核以及年度月度目标的定义和完成方式,同时对公司内部相关指标的评价
和流程整合提出了解决方法。

本文的研究具有一定的实践应用意义,对于体育用品行业采购商与客户如何
搭建紧密合作的桥梁,实现供应链各个环节的成本节约和效率提高都有一定的参
考意义。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, sports products industry is in rapid growth; well-known sports goods
at home and abroad contend for the first place in Chinese market, and domestic
manufacturers of sports goods who were unknown to the public are developed and
expanded gradually. In the fierce market competition, the person who set up a
complete and high-efficiency supply chain first can most likely occupy advantages in
the market. The problem of how to ensure that the supplier can produce products
meeting with marketing requirements according to the planned time, quality and
quantity is worthy of being studied.
In the first half part of this paper, concept and important influencing factors of
supply chain are discussed; the problem of how to utilize different tools and methods
to establish cooperative relationship with supplier hierarchically is discussed with
integration of supply chain as central system. At the same time, the application of
CPFR method and SCOR method to control bullwhip effect and reduce advance
period of product is discussed.
In the second half part of this paper, improvement schemes are provided for
supplier management part, namely supplier management mode and cooperation mode,
in supply chain management based on enterprise practice and on the aspect of
practical application. Solutions for quality risks of supply chain are proposed.
Procedure management, quality management, system review and performance
evaluation of supply chain are analyzed. Meanwhile, improvement of supply chain
procedures in company, CPFR application and SCOR application are discussed; a
comprehensive discussion is conducted for the problem of how to integrate domestic
suppliers with IT platform of our company. In the part of empirical research,
evaluation on suppliers’ supply chain ability is mainly analyzed in this paper,
including HRP review, process ability review, quality review as well as definition and
completion method of annual goal and monthly goal.
The study conducted in this paper is of significance to practical application to
some extent, and it is also of reference significance for purchasers of sports goods
industry to set up close cooperation bridge, realize cost saving in each link of supply
chain and improve efficiency.
