摘要
基于当今全球经济版图日益扁平化趋势的大背景下,世界各大跨国公司无一不积
极寻求外部市场扩张的机会,以最大限度地合理利用优势资源,为公司利润最大化及
创造社会福利提供服务。低成本国家竞争采购战略日益成为跨国公司和国际化企业间
相互角力的重要手段。而近十几年来中国经济的稳步持续发展,使得跨国公司每年都
在不断加大在华的采购数量,并且如雨后春笋般不断地在各大城市建立起了跨国研发
及采购中心。

本文从剖析跨国公司在中国市场采购的动态发展入手,引入跨国公司在中国市场
采购管理的话题,通过结合并分享本文作者自身多年置身其中的从业经验,为如何正
确看待及处理采购管理中出现的一些问题提供一个独特的视角及见解。

本文以美室馨公司为例,探讨和分析这家立志于成为全球家居用品行业领跑者的
跨国公司在中国的产品采购策略和实施管理手段。通过认识美室馨公司的成长历程及
其经营理念,研究它在中国进行产品采购活动所面临的内外部环境影响和优劣势分
析。同时,针对美室馨中国采购公司目前的组织架构及运营模式,对其今后一段时期
内在中国采购策略的变动趋势大胆地进行分析预测,从而做到运筹帷幄,获得在同行
业竞争中的可持续发展的竞争优势。

本文也将花较多的篇幅来介绍和研究美室馨中国公司的采购运作,目的是希望帮
助它规划和维护好目前在中国的采购经营活动,尤其是目前如何在中国的产品采购活
动中规避各种不确定的风险,包括原材料供给,汇率波动,产品周期以及库存控制,
从而将有可能给公司预期收益带来的额外损失降到最低。

有效的采购管理对企业犹如一剂良方,希望本文的研究内容及分析方法对成长中
的其他企业有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
The thesis is aimed at introducing a circumstance that multi-national corporations
(MNC) take more efforts for sourcing in China, also providing a fairly unique viewpoint
how to cope with the problems, combined with writer’s years’experience in this business.
With the background of the accelerated evolution of economic globalization, MNCs
intrinsically expand business and intend to use internal and external resource at most, to
maximize profit and create more social benefit. Low cost country sourcing strategy is
becoming a critical approach to achieve competitive excellence. With a stable and
sustainable development of Chinese economy, MNCs have been increasing sourcing extent
year by year, and set low cost country sourcing centers in the main cities of China. This
thesis, using an example of MindsInSync (a leading position company for home decoration
industry in the world), analyzes and discusses its sourcing strategy and sourcing
management methods in China.
By seeing through a dynamic growth for MindsInSync sourcing in China and the
business code, the writer will research and analyze the internal and external environment,
and then conclude how they influence the sourcing business turning around in China and
help figure out its advantage and disadvantage respectively. Also, against the current
organization structure and business model, we will proceed to forecast the change of
sourcing strategy in China for a long run on purpose to maintain a sustainable competitive
excellence in the industry.
In addition, the article will describe the routine of sourcing management for
MindsInSyn China in a rich and colorful manner. For instance, how to do the effective
sourcing management, particular how to avoid various risks for doing business in China,
including raw material supply, exchange rate fluctuation, product life circle time and
inventory control.
Effective sourcing management has a similar reference to those growing enterprises
who confront the same problem in implementing low cost sourcing in China。。。
