摘要
在我国经济快速发展、急速前进的同时,我国的企业面临着更大的机遇以及
挑战,在这个市场洪流中,一个公司或者是企业如果想一直保持着持久的竞争力,
这就需要对员工有巨大的素质方面的要求。企业的员工,一直被看成一个能够对
信息、工作技术以及相关知识的传递者和提供者,能够对企业开发人力资源方面
提供一个非常有效的手段。医药代表其是公司信息传导者,其作为公司和客户之
间的沟通手段,能够为公司带来巨大的利润,所以说,如果一个公司能够建设成
一个优秀的销售队伍,那么公司的发展就会具有很大的竞争力。公司在销售队伍
的建设过程中,与公司的目标相结合起来,把每一个员工的潜能发掘出来,这需
要公司投入很大的人力、物力和财力等。现在很多的医药公司开始对医药代表进
行培训,但是往往达不到其预期的目的,其主要是因为培训体系的不完善,没有
做到系统化和规范化。

本文是以D公司作为研究对象,首先对D公司的基本状况进行分析说明,并
对公司所处的行业背景进行介绍和分析,在对公司医药代表培训现状进行分析,
其数据主要是来源于调查报告,从而能够对公司的医药代表培训体系拥有一个正
确的说明;之后,根据D公司医药代表培训的现状,结合相关的培训体系建设和
设计的理论,提出相应的改革方向和方案。文章主要是为了对D公司的培训体系
进行研究,从而能够对D公司的医药代表的素质拥有一个巨大的提升,使得公司
在市场竞争中拥有更大的优势。
