摘要
融资租赁也称为金融性租赁,是典型的设备租赁所采用的形式,近些年在全世
界内发展得很快,租赁公司按照承租人的要求从设备厂商购买其指定的设备,租赁
公司按期收取租金,而承租人通过占有设备的使用权来获得收益并在租期结束后
获得设备的所有权。相比与银行信贷等传统融资方式，融资租赁可以很好地满足
中小规模医院的未来资金要求。

融资租赁业务的发展和宏观经济的情况有明显的相关性，在我国中小规模的医
院占据医疗服务机构的大多数，融资租赁业务进入医疗设备采购的领域后，带来了
业务的迅速发展，同时也提升了医疗服务机构的服务质量。

恒信金融租赁公司是国内最大规模的外资第三方融资租赁企业，而医疗设备融
资业务是其重要的业务支柱，如何发挥自身优势，构建企业核心竞争力，在激烈的
市场竞争中立于不败之地，都具有显著的意义。

该文以恒信租赁公司医疗设备融资租赁业务为例子，运用了多种战略分析理论
和模型进行相关分析，从介绍我国医疗设备融资租赁业务市场状况和发展趋势入
手，结合了融资租赁的业务理论和医疗设备产品特性，提出了恒信租赁公司在医疗
设备融资租赁业务中可以采取的竞争策略，创新出适合该公司的业务模式，希望为
我国医疗设备融资租赁行业起到一定的借鉴作用和推动作用。

Abstract
Financial leasing corporations usually purchase the equipments from manufacturers
or venders in line with requirements of lessee, leasing corporations get the rent from the
lessee and lessee possess benefit from using of the equipment, and ownership of the
equipments will transfer to lessee ultimately. Compare to bank credit and other
traditional financing ways, it would be good way to satisfy the small and moderate size
hospital needs for their progress in the future.
There are many small and moderate size hospitals in China’s healthcare industry.
Since financial leasing entering the field of healthcare equipment purchasing, it
maintained a good development trend and played a significant role in small and moderate
size hospitals service quality.
This thesis takes Unitrust’s medical equipment financial leasing business as an
example, using a variety of strategic approach and models to analyze. This thesis
proposes Unitrust to take differently competitive strategy in its healthcare business unit.
This thesis is to recommending the financial leasing market situation of medical
equipment industry, combine the basic theories of financial leasing with healthcare
equipment industry and using sort of marketing tactics to focus on this field and hope to
play a good role in healthcare equipment financial leasing.
