本文深入地分析和研究了 XR 公司总装车间的生产管理现状,挖掘出造成问题的
根本原因,论述了精益生产的理论和工具,通过综合利用精益生产工具,如单件流,
“拉动式”生产,5S 等精益工具,并将其与总装车间生产实际相结合,本着对精益生
产精髓不妥协的精神,对精益工具稍作调整,制定适合总装车间实际情况的改善方案。
目的在于通过此次研究,探讨精益生产的思想,方法和工具在实际生产管理中的运用,
而不局限于理论研究层面。与此同时,试图通过改善的成功结果增加企业在推进精益
生产的动力。证明精益生产不仅仅能够在小型车辆,家电制造企业中成功推行,而且
在大型车辆制造企业也能够起到关键性作用。

Abstract
The quantity of competitors for our domestic manufacturing enterprises grows fiercely
when China opens the foreign markets. Companies need to enhance their own ability in a
hurry under furious competition. Therefore, the companies could survive and obtain the
competitiveness only by removing the old system and introducing the new concepts and
mode for production management. Lean production has been proved to be acting well in
quality control, cost control, delivery control and safety control after practical application
in several companies both in domestic and foreign countries. Consequently, the concepts of
Lean production are implemented through the entire system and each management level of
company and are used to adjust and rearrange resources in order to obtain new
opportunities for surviving.
The paper deeply analyses the current situation of final assembly workshop in XR
Company on production management and digs out the root causes. The principles and tools
of Lean production have been stated in the paper. Little adjustment has been made on the
tools of Lean production, such as one piece flow, pull system and 5S, without
compromising the spirit of Lean production. Meanwhile the improving solution which is
suitable for the application in final assembly workshop has been created by synthetically
using the new tools after adjusting and combining t。。。
