如何解决IT企业产品开发项目中出现的困难,以提高IT企业产品开发项目的管理

环境下,需要积极面对的重要问题。
本文试图以当前先进的项目管理知识体系为理论基础参考,研究了 IT企业产品开
发项目和一般过程和特点,并结合行业经验及个人参与IT企业产品开发项目管理的经
验,针对上述IT企业产品开发项目中出现的困难,对IT企业产品开发项目风险识别、
高效沟通、进度陷阱及进度压缩、度量分析、规模估算进行较系统地研究,并结合实
际案例进一步分析和探讨。
本文最后对于以IT企业产品开发项目管理方式管理所有IT企业工作进行了分析和
展望。

Abstract
IT companies products development has its own characteristics. Generally, it's
combined by physical hardware and intangible software components, the whole development
process needs strict accordance with the range of requirement, design, realization process.
Especially the software components have no physical attributes. So the whole development
process has a high complexity and abstraction. And at the same time, IT companies product
development project management, which manage the whole development process, involves
computing science, statistics, systems engineering, human resource management, quality
management, sociology, psychology, economics, and even the legal aspects, it needs a wide
range of knowledge and skills. So IT companies products development management has a
high complexity and abstraction, and has the difficult to estimate and communicate the
status , and to control the progress and quality.
To resolve the difficult issues in product development projects in IT companies, and to
improve the management of the IT companies product development projects, thus improving
the success rate of product development projects of these companies, are the issues which IT
companies in the current global competitive environment need to face.
This research attempts to analyse the general process- and characteristics of IT
companies product development project management, and research for risk identification,
efficient communication, schedule pitfall and schedule compression, measurement and
analysis, size estimate for product development projects in IT companies, refer to the
advanced Project Management Body of Knowledge, and experience in the industry
experience and individuals experience of IT companies product development project
management, and the fiirther analysis and discussion of the actual cases.
Finally, This research have the analysis and discussion of prospect to manage all IT
companies works by the methods of IT companies product development project
management.
