摘 要
中国是个印刷大国,2010年印刷产值高达2400亿元,从业人员达500多万人,
印刷厂家多达12万家。印刷作为现代加工服务业,是我国国民经济的重要产业部
门。然而,随着市场经济的不断发展,竞争不断加剧,而竞争的成败最终决定于
三点:先进的印刷设备、科学的管理手段、畅通的供销链渠道。这三点一线的背
后就是企业信息化的竞争,印刷企业实施ERP是进行现代化管理的必然之路。作
者查阅了相关的资料,发现相对于国内12万家印刷企业的规模而言,目前只有较
少企业在使用ERP等信息化管理系统,甚至很多具备相当规模的印刷企业至今仍
然停留在相当初级的信息管理阶段。如何在印刷行业更好的运用ERP系统,有效
地促进企业管理的现代化、科学化,适应竞争円益激烈的市场要求,对印刷行业
具有很大的现实意义。

本论文以SZ印刷公司为研究对象,通过对印刷行业的关键特性和难点进行分
析,具体结合SZ印刷公司的行业特点、行业地位、公司的发展战略、中长期的信
息化策略设想,和公司现有的ERP应用现状、新的和潜在的业务需求,基于ORACLE
JDE系统各模块流程功能,针对调查中所关注的重点问题,运用著名的信息系统进
化的阶段模型一诺兰模型和信息管理系统规划的三种方法,分析和梳理了 SZ印刷
公司ERP应用需求,提出了相应的流程优化方案和B0M的改进方法。最后对全文
进行了总结,对SZ印刷公司ERP应用研究的研究方向、目前研究的局限性以及进
一步的工作进行了展望。

本论文主要有如下三点创新:(1)侧重于ERP在印刷企业的具体应用研究,
具体研究了一家印刷公司的ERP的问题、需求、优化建议。(2)研究应用了信息
系统进化的阶段模型一诺兰模型,对SZ印刷公司的信息化过程进行了分析,通过
具体的案例,验证了诺兰模型的真实和可靠性。(3)文中全面描述了 SZ印刷公司
的关键流程,和在JDE系统中的具体实现,引入了具体的流程图、软件操作界面,
对印刷行业的ERP应用具有一定的实践参考的意义。

ABSTACT
Printing industry owns a significant rule in China, 240 billion Yuan revenue in
2010,employing over 500 people, up to 120,000 printing factory. Printing industry is
not only a modern processing service, but also has the properties of the cultural
industries, services, expanding the field. However,with the development of market
economy,the printing industry for printing quality requirements higher and higher, but
profits are getting thin. Of access to relevant information and found that relative to the
size of the domestic 120,000 printing companies, only a small part of the enterprise in
the use of ERP and other information management systems, and even with a
considerable scale printing companies still remain in a very junior
management stage. ERP system, how to better use in the printing industry to promote
the modernization of enterprise management, scientific, and adapt to an increasingly
competitive market requirements of the printing industry has great practical
significance.
In this thesis, as the research object of SZ printing companies, through the key
features of the printing industry and difficult to analyze the use of the theoretical
knowledge of information systems planning methodologies and the Nolan model, the
specific combination of the characteristics of SZ printing industry, the status of the
industry, the company's development strategic, long-term information technology
strategy envisaged,and the company's existing ERP application status, new and
potential business requirements, process capabilities of each module based on ORACLE
the JDE system, the key issues of concern in the survey, the use of well-known
information systems evolutionary stage model - Nolan model is analyzed to identify
problems and analyze problems. And further use of the three methods of information
management systems planning, analysis and comb the SZ printing company's ERP
application needs, and propose the appropriate process optimization programs and BOM
improvements. Finally a summary of the full text, and SZ research direction of the
printing company ERP application, the limitations of the study and further work is
prospected.
In this thesis, the following three innovations: (1) focus on the specific application
of the ERP in the printing business specific ERP for a printing company, requirements,
optimization recommendations. (2) Research and application of information system
evolution stage model - Noland model, SZ printing company information and analysis
of specific cases, to verify the truth and reliability of the Nolan model. (3) In this paper,
a comprehensive description of the SZ printing company's key processes, and JDE
system, the introduction of a specific flow chart software user interface has a certain
practical reference to the significance of ERP applications, the printing industry.
