ABSTRACT
This research based on theoretical elaboration and empirical analysis, using case
study, literature study and survey research methods, taking both quantitative and
qualitative approaches, combining empirical and normative general idea, using the
knowledge of management, economics, sociology and so on. Doing corporate culture
research in FD power company, and proposing appropriate policies of this company.
This paper concluded as follows: FD power company is not perfect in the
building of enterprise culture,lacking of systematic guidance of the building of
enterprise culture, new employees show a lack of understanding of corporate culture,
employees disagree in interpersonal relationship cognition, superior-subordinate
communication channels is imperfect. In response to these issues, FD power
companies need to strengthen the building of corporate culture, grouping system of
corporate culture into two parts: cultural core layer and cultural support layer, and
completing the specific composition of all levers one by one; within the framework of
improved system, strengthening the corporate culture by strategies of cultural
integration, cultural promotion and cultural innovation; strengthening advocacy and
training, establishing a cultural mechanism, importing the CIS and creating a learning
organization and completing the sense of service.
