随着鄱阳湖牛.态经济区建设上升为国家战略,国家对安全牛产工作的日益
重视,如何提高江西化工企业安全管理水平,减少牛产事故的发牛,成为目前
一个亟待破解的课题。
木文采取理论研究和实证分析相结合的方法,对江西化工企业安全管理进
行深入研究。首先,全面梳理相关安全生产管理理论,为实证研究奠定理论基
础;其次,总结概括江西化工行业基木情况,剖析其安全管理特点、存在问题
及原因;再次,针对江西化工行业中小企业居多的特点,选取一中型化工企业
为研究对象,进行案例分析,具体分析其安全管理的做法、取得的成效及不足;
最后,经过理论研究和经验总结,提出提升江西化工企业安全管理水平对策。

ABSTRACT
Chemical industry is of benefit to the people, while also has great potential
safety risk. In recent years, industrial has become the dominant pattern of economic
growth, chemical industry has made great contribution to the development of
industrial economic of Jiangxi province along with push forward the course of
industrialization by government. But in general, because of the smaller scale and the
weaker industry basis of chemical industry enterprises in Jiangxi, safety production
accident happens frequently.
With the construction of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone has become
the national strategy, the state is paying more attention to the safety production work.
It has become an urgent task that how to improve the level of safety management
and to reduce the production accident of chemical enterprises in Jiangxi province.
According as theoretical study and empirical analysis, the article has made
thorough research to the safety management of chemical enterprises in Jiangxi.
Firstly, comprehensively review the relevant safety production management theory,
and lays the theoretical foundation for the empirical study. Secondly, sum up the
basic situation of the chemical industry in Jiangxi, analyze the characteristics,
problems and causes of security management. Thirdly, according to the features that
there are much small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi, take a medium-sized
chemical enterprise for example, make a careful and detailed analysis on practices,
achievements and shortcomings of safety management. Finally, put forward the
countermeasures for safety management of chemical enterprises of Jiangxi through
theoretical studying and experience summary.
