此“设计说明书”主要介绍成都某新开发区的一套KTV装修装饰设计，业主委托设计此套居室中整体设计的相关内容。此套方案采用中国传统元素和现代材料结合，运用了黄色，棕色，黑色系列等色彩营造了一个古典、别致、不失现代元素的空间氛围。使顾客更多的接触民族文化，感受民族文化的氛围和气息。整个空间使用了大量的黄色发LED灯装饰。面饰材料上除了一些重要的地方，大多使用耐用、易清洁，安防高的中高档次的材料，大厅和走廊地面使用由广州天怡装饰材料有限公司出品的手工新西兰羊毛走廊地毯等。

说明书全面的介绍这套KTV的大厅及过道，还有豪华包厢、大包厢、中包厢、小包厢部分的设计过程，主要内容包括课题来源、原房子分析、市场调研、设计理念、原始结构图及分析、尺寸图、设计方案及效果图、设计说明、施工图、八个部分。
